Next month I still recieved another charge to which I sent an email again requesting a cancellation on June 29th with no response and I was still receiving charges on my card. I received a phone call today October 11th..from a female speaker saying she was the manager. I again reiterated that I wanted my membership canceled and that I had been disputing the charges. She then stated they were going to fight the disputes and send my "unpaid balance" to collections. And that I need to fill out some form to cancel. She stated that since I'm a first responder that a collections notice would look bad for me. To which I said please just do the reasonable thing and cancel like I had initially requested months ago I don't have a contract it's just a month to month charge but She refused. Look the gym itself is pretty good quality and so are the instructors. But the way they do business is super rude and shady when it comes to management. Good luck if you need to cancel your membership for any reason...

The same well designed whole body workout is brilliant. Same workout anytime of the day. everyone is dedicated, hardworking, and committed to seeing positive healthy changes in their body. Every class is filled with driven people. I would say this gym is made up of mostly women, but also some men. No matter where you are on your health journey, you will love this place. I've called it a "gym" but it's more than that. It's like personal training sprinkled with positive vibes and a dash of community encouragement. It's kinda like "Cheers" where everyone knows your name and is cheering you on. I look forward to waking up at 5:00am every morning ready to kick start my day. It does not disappoint. I was recommended by a friend and I am soo glad I booked an appointment with her. I have a background in cheerleading and dance so my body has had a lot of trauma from injuries in the past. Lately I've been having a lot of hip and leg pain so I knew it was time to get worked on. I was scared to try cupping but Veronica was great at explaining everything and made me feel comfortable. She worked in all the areas I needed help on and yes it was painful but a painful good if that makes sense haha. After three days I noticed a difference in my body. I was able to fall asleep without my hip feeling numb and didn't wake up feeling uncomfortable for once. I'm going to try and go more consistently so my body doesn't go back to its old ways.

I ***INQUIRED*** and asked for process and what to expect and asked in detail how Murrieta gym could provide superior service over other EOS locations like Redlands and Winchester. The manager I talked to took it upon himself to go ahead and cancel my service contract with Redlands to free me to come to Murrieta ASAP. I didn't ask for that wrong move resulting in my 2nd ever negative gym review. Listen to your clients and observe their requests. Maybe I'll stop here to train but never for personal training. Coach Des and Coach Lisa are always encouraging me and help to make sure I'm doing the exercises correctly so I don't get hurt. I'm able to schedule the classes online and they keep track of how many session attended to celebrate your milestones such as 25,50, 100 classes taken. I'm at 165 and can't wait to hit 250 soon! They also have a body scan that tracks your body composition so you can see how much your body is changing. 100% recommend this place!!
