Dr. Liu is very good, but his staff is the most ignorant, nasty, arrogant simpletons I have ever dealt with in 40 years. They want something new every single time you call for an appointment. Even as an old patient they want duplicates of information. The medical information is online but, apparently, they're not skilled enough to know how to access the system. Yet they need the information to add to "the system." Not bright at all. He has a second office in Hawley and perhaps the staff there is competent, but the facility in Matamorass is not a group I would refer my worst enemy to in light of their ignorance. read more

Dr Liu was actually wonderful for my wife's ear problems. Last time we went we did have to wait longer than usual but felt worth it since her Ear was fixed. My wife just tried to schedule another appt and was literally told to go F*** herself over the phone. I never write reviews but felt compelled to share and hope the Dr actually reads this. Needless to say we will NOT be returning. read more

Dr. Liu has treated three generations in my family for over 25 years. He's performed numerous surgeries and procedures. He's been able to help my children get better when their regular pediatrician could not. I would trust him with anyone in my family. I recommend him to everyone! read more

We took our grandson here to have tonsils and anoids removed. He was given tylenol with codeine afterwards for pain. He became very drowsy and incoherent so we had to rush him back in to hospital. We found out later that he should have never given codeine to a four year old child. It is not approved by the FDA and should never be given for tonsilitis. Would never use this doctor again for anything! read more

It has been almost four months since the surgery. I still have trouble breathing and I still wake up in the middle of the night gasping for air. Dr Liu appears to be sympathetic for about five minutes. And then just throws prescriptions at me that do not work. He will not take any responsibility for making me feel worse. He said I am the one percent he can not fix. In fact the polyps I was charged $46,000 for him to removed is still here. Now he wants me to pay for another cat scan. He should be arrested or at the least have his medical license taken away. I feel so bad for the children I see in his office. I only hope he does not perform surgery on anyone else. I could not imagine what it must feel like to not be able to speak up and explain in detail how much pain I am in. DO NOT GO TO THIS MAN'S OFFICE. You can tell in five seconds because once your in his office take a look around. Dirty and he always excuses himself to take care of another patient. read more
