I'm new to this and it was my third time there I accidentally reset the machine (and forgot there was a sign that stated how to get it back like a normal human I am being forgetful) and I panic not wanting to break the machine. I cracked open the door and said what I did and a woman from the back room came running stating she would handle it. (Mind you I am covered up I figured they would just tell me what I needed to do) she came into the room and said "absolutely under no circumstances am I to open the door with a man working in the front." I said sorry and I just didn't want to break the machine and she stated they don't want to be accused of anything. I then stated I wouldn't do that I was covered up and she then pointer to the sign and said it said what I needed to do and that she had a facial to do somewhere else but had to be here for my appointment because there was a man working there and there had to be female staff there as well so no one was accused of anything. (They have cameras they can replay if something were to happen so why does another staff have to be there too like I'm unconvincing you by being here for my appointment as well) I told her okay thank you and she then told me the door needs to remain locked and I said well it was up until I needed help. After I finished I went to the front she then tells me "I spoke with him and he said he already showed you what to do if that happened. I told her yes I just forgot because it's been weeks and I'm new at this so still getting familiar with it all. I understand their concern but assumptions and how you speak to someone and the fact she felt the need to reintegrate that he already showed me my first time there (weeks prior) just didn't sit well with me. And because of that I'll never go back nor do I care to even finish my secessions out because that's how uneasy I was about this all. I WOULD LIKE TO STATE HE HAS NEVER ONCE MADE ME FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE AND HE HAS ALWAYS BEEN PROFESSIONAL AND KIND and always greets me by my name when I come in. The issue is her not him.
