I've had botox before and they did a fairly good job although it didn't last very long. after my botox, they set me up for the lip Juvederm Xc hyaluronic filler. My upper lips were thinner due to age and I wanted a fuller lip. They completely messed it up. One side was bigger than the other and my smile and natural lip line is off now. I asked to come in after about 5 days and have them look at it. The aesthetician said she would move it around and began squishing my lips as if to move the filler around. She asked me to wait some more time, which I did. My lips were never right after that. I called again after about 3 weeks and asked for my credit back and the rest of the package to be refunded. They refused to refund my money and stated I could come in and they would do it again, but I needed to add more money to the package I had. Needless to say, I declined to come back in. I have gone up the chain and still not one person in the company would refund my money. These people are not professional, their employees do not have enough training and success with doing lip fillers and I would not suggest anyone go to this business for that process specifically. Do not buy a package either. It is not worth it and they don't refund you if you are not satisfied with their work. Terrible customer service and unprofessional employees.

I would not recommend this med spa to anyone based on my experience…read more I originally came in for a plasma pen treatment around my smile lines. I only wanted one treatment, but I was pressured into purchasing two treatments for $600, despite expressing hesitation. I felt uncomfortable but went along with it because of how it was presented to me. During the plasma pen appointment, the device was not functioning properly. Instead of stopping and rescheduling, the staff rigged the machine with wires and continued the treatment anyway. The treatment felt far more aggressive than expected, and the healing process was extreme and prolonged. I experienced excessive redness and irritation that lasted far longer than normal, to the point where I later had to pay for additional laser treatment just to correct the damage and lingering redness. Fast forward to recently: I called ahead to ask if I could use my unused, prepaid plasma pen credit toward Botox instead, since I did not feel comfortable repeating the plasma pen treatment. I was told they would check with the doctor and get back to me. No one ever followed up. I then came in for my appointment, paid what I was told was due, and left--only to be called afterward and told I suddenly owed an additional $300. When I explained the prior conversation, I was given multiple conflicting explanations, including being told by the doctor that I "never had a credit" and that it was supposedly "free," which is completely false. I paid $600 upfront and was clearly told I was purchasing two treatments. The backtracking, poor communication, pressure tactics, and willingness to use malfunctioning equipment on someone's face just to move forward with a service is extremely concerning. I ultimately paid just to be done with it, but I will never return and feel others should be aware before trusting this place with their face--or their money.
