There was no pressure or judgment while I consigned my items, or while I browsed the store. Selling rules are straight forward and professional, as described on their website, and I appreciated that there was a clear contract given at the end. The item selection is curated for women of all ages and sizes, mostly modern but has occasional vintage pieces too. Prices are fair and there is always a great sales selection. I can usually tell if the service is intentionally bad, or if they are oblivious because they are busy. This store is FULL of immature, unprofessional women who are always eating at the cash register, texting on the cell phones, and cussing in front of customers. I have shopped here multiple times...I have never EVER been spoken to by a single employee. I was never greeted, thanked for shopping there, or even "small talked" at the register. I shopped there on Monday, February 24th and a manager actually called me a "b**** ". I'm assuming it is because I came in about 15 minutes before they closed. When I originally entered the store, I immediately walked right to her to ask where the tank tops were. Without looking up from her phone, she pointed to their location and then met me up at the cash-wrap where there were four other girls just standing around staring at me. As I walked out, she called me a b***. I heard it clear as day. I've called the customer service line three times, and the number has been disconnected. I emailed them four times, never got a response. I called the store, and, of course, got nowhere. They do NOT care about their customers at all. In fact, I'm beginning to think they are trained too act the way they do. It's the only explanation as to why they CONSISTENTLY provide historical levels of BAD SERVICE.

They have shoes, purses, fancy sparkly accessories (cheaper than Claire's.) They also have super cute summer clothes to wear under the cap & gown for grad ceremony. One thing I liked is their website has an extensive selection, but sometimes you could find the dress in the store to try on and even if it was the wrong size they could order it for you and have it shipped to your house for free because they're based in California. It took about 3 - 4 business days to get my shoes that I needed in a certain size and a dress that I needed. So if you plan a little bit in advance and they don't have your size they can check inventory and order it for you so you can get within 3 to 4 days you should have it if you're in WA. You'll be notified when the order ships and when your order is expected delivery + a tracking number to watch for it. The girls that work there are sweet, helpful, but not hovering, and will show you what they have if you ask for something particular.

I went in today at this store feeling unwelcomed, had very nice clothes but once i was in the…read morefitting room 20 minutes before closing, two white male cops went inside the female fitting rooms thinking I was stealing because of the color of my skin saying it was time for me to go but the store wasn't even closed when I know it really wasn't time. Being without clothes, they wanted to open my curtain and saying if I don't hurry up they will come in and kick me out. Once i had my clothes on and ready to go, they followed me outside the store and i told the manager why was this happening and she gave me a very NASTY look and IGNORED me. The two male cops kept following me until I was at the food court on my way out. This is very unexceptional, unexpected and inexcusable.
