The store is moving down the block. Bought a few things at their moving sale, good deals. The staff is very nice.

Nice....I went to get the coach purse and Johnny jump up that didn't sell, and they can't find them. Not ok.

I wish I could give zero stars but it's not an option. I can't believe this is a children's store…read more The 2 women working today were "thinking" of NOT selling a toy to my kids because they wanted to keep it for themselves WOW! What kind of store doesn't want to sell their items? Unbelievable! How do they stay in business? She even asked my 10 year old are you following me? I found that very rude! The worst store I've ever been in. First of all, we were a family of 4 and my children each got one. You took out that jelly cat you did not put on the floor on your own. We did not ask for you to take anything out besides asking if you had another quantity of the pink bunny. We knew nothing about the another one you brought out on your own. It's doesn't especially mean if we're a family of four we could do 4 transactions. So don't say we're lying when you caused all this. We are not your only bad review, we have seen your past reviews on Google. I still don't recommend this place to any families with children or anyone in general. Have a great day. You can stop replying and not opening it to the public because it's showing guilt. I'm sure I'm not the only bad review you'll ever get considering how you run your business. I didn't see your goggle reviews before I went to your shop but it is what it is. What happened and said is done and at the end of the day my kids got what they wanted despite you hesitating to sell to kids. You tried to save the jellycats for a collector FYI my kids are collectors! Take care!

Fellow parents understand that kids grow like WEEDS, so consignment stores have been my jam over…read morethe last few years. I visited Kid to Kid twice in one week and had an overall good experience. The first time I just stopped in to kill some time and picked up a couple of items for my kids. Most of the stuff they sell here is really great quality and is reasonably priced. For my youngest I got two pairs of pants and a long sleeve shirt, and for my middle I got a pair of jeans and brand new Halloween bow by the checkstand (they gottt me), all for $25. Definitely affordable! I stopped in later in the week to drop off a huge tote of clothes that I've been discarding as my youngest has grown out of them. The selling process is fairly easy - you drop off, they process the clothes, and then give you a call to let you know how much store credit or cash they'd like to offer. I decided to take the store credit offer because it was definitely decent and because I know I'll be back to shop again! It's also nice that whatever they decide they don't want/isn't in season, they'll donate to local non-profits so I don't have to handle picking it up and dropping it back off somewhere else. The store is organized nicely and they have a ton to look through for all ages. My only gripe is that each time I've gone in, the staff hasn't been the friendliest. Retail definitely can be hard work though, so it's possible they were just having overwhelming days. Looking forward to returning and shopping again!

I would suggest only buying things from this business. I feel their selling process is not quite as…read moreclear as it should be. They should give us a bid for our items before we let them take them. And be very careful that you request to have them back. If not, they will be donated and you have no idea what you've been paid for.
