They do not clean their floors often at all; it needs to be mopped. For a store catered to women with children this is really an issue. My child shouldn't be covered in dust and grime after 15 minutes of being in a store. In fact I was so disappointed that I said something to the sales gal. She replied with a laugh and said, "we should put little wipes on her and let her clean up the place". And going back to the scent, I could not even go in here when I was pregnant. When friends and family would buy items from here for me, I had to wash everything twice to get the smell out.

As a business owner myself, I would never allow someone with this disposition anywhere near a customer. One bad employee can undo everything you've built. Today, that's exactly what happened.
