My fingers should have been almond shaped, but they appear to be round on more than half of them- all different lengths. Bebe did my daughters (child's) mani/pedi as she has many times. Unfortunately after paying $100 (shellac upcharge for both hands and feet and $30 in "designs") we won't be back. I got there on time and checked in and they gave me some nail swatches to look thru. After a few minutes, they sat me in a Pedi chair. I continued looking at the swatches and saw Sandy still doing a Pedicure. I turned on the massager on the chair and just chilled out. When she finally got to me, we exchanged pleasantries because it had been awhile since I last saw her. She's very friendly, kind and personable. I like to develop relationships with my Self-Care peeps and it's important to me that they're engaging, talented and easy to get along with. Sandy is that type of person. She's fast and helps me out. I showed her my one broken nail that I told I kept trying to grow out but kept breaking and showed her my thin, scraggly nails. I told her I was trying to grow them out for months after I stopped using Dip Powders. She hooked me up and made them look pretty even if the nails weren't long. I made an appointment for my wife to get her nails done today 11/8/2025 and placed the time for 3:00pm-6:15pm the nail tech Dani sent me a message at 1:15 asking if my wife was still going to her appointment, I let her know yes she will be. She texted me back at 1:50 pm saying my appointment was canceled and that she was an hour late. I was then charge a cancellation fee of $49. Keep in mind I didn't even know that the appointment had been changed until after it was canceled because she immediately canceled it after texting me. I did not receive a phone call, message or confirmation email stating that my appointment had been changed for the services I wanted until after she texted me it was canceled. I'm very upset and I will NEVER make an appointment here again. I feel scammed lied to and taken advantage of. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They will absolutely scam you in a heart beat and change the appointment without notice, then charge a fee saying you were late when that simply is not true. I'll usually bring in a picture of what I want and Kim always does even better than the picture and has done her own twist on things. This is an appointment-only place and they don't take walk ins! I've never had to wait more than 10 mins from my appointment time. And if Kim is running behind, she'll usually reach out and let me know what time to come. I made the mistake of going somewhere else for a fill because Kim was out and I couldn't get an appointment with anyone else here, and I regretted it. I will never go anywhere else!

We actually selected the salon via Yelp after reading a couple of reviews as well as where we were located at the time. Get Nails Spa and Lashes won our business. We showed up later in the day, after 6pm on a Saturday. There were three ladies working on customers and we were shown immediately to a massage chair and watered warming our feet. My wife had Julie helping her and I had Tanya. I had selected the Detox, which is basically the Everything Pedicure. Tanya worked my toenails, then massaged my feet and legs, then put them in a wrap and baggie with a solution. It was invigorating. While my legs and feet were percolating, Tanya proceeded to trim my fingernails and then massaged my hands and arms. The treatment, and going the extra mile and staying late to help us really was over the top service that my wife and I greatly appreciated. It wasn't the most eye appealing, which was shocking but that doesn't necessarily say how the quality is going to be. I have been getting lash extensions since they came out so I'm not a newbie. I've had good ones I've had great ones. I've had OK ones. I've had bad ones but never in all my years have I had this experience. First off the bed was awful. The bed was completely uncomfortable, but I was going to deal with it so halfway through the first Lash my eye started burning. I informed her she's put a little fan on it it helped a little so then she did the second eye couldn't open my eyes. I told her they were burning so I sat there for about another 20 minutes with the fan on my eyes, but I did notice that she tried to distract by massaging my head and massaging my face. Well, the pain didn't go away, but at this point, I just wanna go home. I left the salon got in my car to drive myself because I'm 45 minutes away from home and within five minutes, my eyes started swelling and they began to burn like there was no tomorrow I started to swerve thank you Lord for the car behind me who obviously knew there was something wrong. They managed to keep the traffic from behind my car and I was able to pull over into an empty parking lot they pulled over behind me got out to check to see if I was OK as I am crying because I hurt so bad and I can't even dial my phone to call somebody this wonderful person him up to the side of the car. Saw that I wasn't OK asked me if I needed the paramedics I had to have an ambulance come get me from an empty parking lot. I got to the hospital and had to have my eyes flushed four times because there was so much glue in my eyes. They informed me that I would be extremely lucky if I did not have permanent damage and then I was smart to come in as quickly as I did. My eyes are still extremely sensitive to light. I will find out if there's any permanent damage when I see the eye doctor this week. I immediately notified the shop the next day the gentleman there Mike was great not great. He was amazing as he had no issues refunding my money and was willing to take the lashes off for free, but by the time I made it up there, I had already gotten them removed. So what this individual did was, she took a bunch of individual lashes and made a flat fan instead of using a normal fan, she made a flat fan and glued that one flat fan, which was about 15 to 20 lashes onto one of my eyelashes, but she didn't just glue it onto my eyelash. She glued to my eyelash and the base of my eyelid. The whole thing was just awful. I have been asked by many people, including the doctors at the emergency room if I was going to file a lawsuit and that will all depend on what my eye doctor says this week because so far I'm out $3900 for the emergency visit. I do not recommend this place for eyelashes. I don't know how they are with nails so I will not say anything on that and what's sad is I had planned on going back to get my paw and claw it but as far as eyelashes, I do not recommend this salon at all.
