Pros: The space seemed clean, chairs were not too close together, staff was friendly, and they had a variety of beverages. Cons: We had pedicures that were described as including 22-minute massages. This equated to basic rubbing, not massaging, and that time included time with the scrub, lotion, and hot stones. For the price we paid, I expect (and have received elsewhere) at least somewhat of a foot/leg massage during that time period. Not all of the paraffin was removed for my husband. Also, the woman doing his pedicure encouraged him to have his nails buffed, which he agreed to, but she did not mention there was an extra charge. This was already during the pedicure, so the service menu was not available at the the time (and as someone who does not get pedicures often, he had no idea that is something that would cost more). We arrived as walk-ins and they said they had availability for both of us. After having us go to our chairs, the woman arrived and started his pedicure while I sat at my chair (no water in the bowl to at least relax and soak). I waited almost 15 more minutes for mine to start. This made no sense since I would need polish removal, polish application, and time to dry. In these situations, it would make the most sense for a salon to start on the customer whose service would take longer. Overall, it was a very basic experience. We will choose one of many other options the next time. read more

Got my first cat eye nails here and wow....the guy, I believe named G.O., was very thorough. He pulled out a tool that he could check to make sure the reflection was centered and helped me get that stilleto style I have been missing. Sadly, with my job I can't do this style too often. So thankful for getting to rock these beauties for almost a month. They made me feel so good! This is a spot where you can get a wine or mixed drink and just kick back for some good old pampering with pedis in their massage chairs and manis that include gel and powder options. I loved the decor and was fascinated with the overall elegant design. I noticed some TVs on the wall overlooking the mani area where they play beautiful scenery such as islands with bright blue water to make you feel like you are in paradise. They have always been pretty quick to get to me even on their busier days. It's definitely a better idea to come during the week if you can as it can get hectic fast on weekends. Decided to try this salon out based on the images and reviews. I selected the lavender eruption pedicure. This pedicure includes a Paraffin wax, sugar scrub, hot stone and lotion massage. (20min) I was shorted by 6 minutes on the combined massages but it was still relaxing nonetheless. I've went three times here, I wanted to be sure if it was just a bad try the first time but--inevitably all times even when having my nails done by Didi (owner), my nails are now completely weaker and more easily broken than it was before going here. I had one person I had specifically gone to where I used to live. However, because I moved to a new state, I had been trying to find a new nail tech. My sister is a consistent customer of this place, so I decided to give it a try.. To my dismay, they caked on what they called TAP, nail polish, and while they said it's supposed to be laid on thick so it doesn't crack. My previous nail tech, stated nails should never have polished slathered thick that when it's taken off--it can damage your actual nail. When I finally got the TAPs gel removed, my real nail was so flimsy it splintered basically upon any accidental bump--or even when I tapped my keyboard. Please, my nails have never been this flimsy and weak before, and it's going to take a long time for my nails to be strong and healthy again. While customer service is great, the actual problem I have is with the quality and knowledge of the technicians. If they know their customers nails are going to become weak after using their services--it makes it seem that they know it'll give them more business because their customers have to keep coming back to "repair" or fill in their nails. Which in reality, will make their real nails weaker, and make them dependent on getting their nails done and spending more money than needed... read more

Pedicure left me with an ingrown, services always feel rushed and not relaxing. The design I wanted was turned down right away because it would "take too long," then again because they were out of the "sticker." I scrambled to pick something else and ended up with cat eye nails--only for one not to even be finished. By the time I noticed, I was over it and just wanted to leave. Making an appointment is super easy on their website. Was offered a complimentary beverage (both alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages available) when I arrived. I don't have anyone who lives near us who can sit our 9 month old so I brought him in his stroller with a few toys. The girls there were very understanding and tried to keep him entertained when he got restless. Especially my nail tech, Kenzie. The pedicure was relaxing, got the deluxe. They have the massage chairs to enhance the relaxation. My nails came out pretty good considering I was moving a bit due to me trying to take care of my son. I decided that now was the time and looked through so many salon's pages to find disappointing reviews and issues all over. When I stumbled on Palazzo, it seemed too good to be true - not only were they well-reviewed, they could be booked online and had availability the next morning. I booked time for a full set, a pedicure, and some shaping and design for my nails. Hannah did an amazing job, got the shape exactly as requested and absolutely nailed my design request, which was a little unusual for a first visit. Every customer that came in was greeted, given options, and checked in with regularly. Clean, well-lit, and nicely ventilated this was one of the most comfortable nail salons I have encountered. I do wanna give my final update. After a week I finally finished my antibiotics. It was speculated that I maybe had an ingrown, the urgent care doctor confirmed to me it wasn't. Just the way they cut my nails to short and the way they clean your nails in a nail salons not always the best. It can happened to anyone it's just an accident. I personally wanted to update my review because despite the mishap I did received exceptional customer service from the owner. We were in constant communication and even reimburse me for my service. Unfortunately.I wasn't able to meet her due to the fact I wasn't feeling well but my husband went on my behalf and mention she was a very nice lady who was concerned and wanted to do her best to help me. I still recommend this nail salon due to the fact that I did have amazing customer service experience. I am scared to get a pedicure again but I'll have to get over that fear eventually.
