So every 3-5 years I have too much earwax buildup that it affects my hearing and it gets uncomfortable. I used to go to Patient First to get my ears irrigated, but that takes a long time -- I could be there for hours just to see someone and get it done. I recently tried the minute clinic at a local CVS, and the doctor tried to irrigate, but could not fully get my ears cleared. Waste of an hour and $95. Alas I found Taylor Listening Center. I was able to get an appointment for the next day (awesome). The ladies there are all so friendly. She used a much more sophisticated irrigation system than the water bottle CVS had. After a few attempts in each ear, they were happy to see my earwax come out. If you're open to it, agree to have them record and they will put it on their various social media. They don't really show your face, so you don't even have to worry about that. They just get really excited about the things they pull from people's ears! It really is a passion here. I was able to pay with my HSA easily, so that was a breeze. I was in and out in less than 30 min. I would recommend coming here for all your hearing needs.

Cameron Krissoff was patient, she listened, she was kind, she had me do all the testing at her facilities disposal and I felt cared for. After a week of getting MRI's, Cat scans, bloodwork, eye tests, primary care appts, relief was almost immediate when all tests' results came back immediately and the issue was found in one visit. Very happy with choosing her while she's learning in her career. Thank you Cameron. Here's to the road to recovery.

STAY AWAY.... STAY AWAY.... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!…read more I have tried to make an appointment with this place for three weeks. I have called the number they provided at least four times a day. They never answer the phone. If I was a doctor, I would be ashamed to be associated with this medical practice. I decided to read the reviews thinking I would see raving reviews, which would explain the reason the phones are not answered. OMG. that is so far from the truth. I wish I had read these reviews before my attempt to schedule an appointment. Thinking a visit to the office would give me a better understanding of why they do not answer the phone. Upon my visit, I just sat down and observed. I needed no more explanation. Total office chaos, unprofessional, and people who just let the phone ring because they can. No more....... Forget going here. They don't even try to respond to any of these reviews because they know they are unable to defend the indefensible.

This appears to be price gouging of patients and insurance companies thus increasing the costs of health insurance. Some state or federal agency needs to look into their practices. I booked an appointment with Dr. Courtney Goode of UM Eye months ago because my eye doctor had retired and I needed new eyeglass badly. The receptionist, told me I would need to return for a second visit for a prescription because my insurance company would not reimburse them otherwise. That didn't make sense to me but I decided to speak with the doctor. Next, a technician, not a doctor, took me to an eye exam room and informed me that I would get a full exam on the first visit but a second visit was required for a prescription. She said that my insurance did not cover vision or dental. I informed her that this was never the case before. For years, I got an exam and prescription at the same visit. This tech told me this was their office's way of doing business. If I wanted a prescription and exam at this initial visit, I would need to pay $55 for the prescription. My copay with Aetna is $5. I decided not to continue the visit and left. I called Aetna immediately after getting home and was told that my insurance did indeed cover vision and would reimbursed me $200+ for the new glasses. I was then given names of eye doctors in that could give me an appointment within a weeks time.

During her time as my provider, I had nothing but positive experiences with both her and Clinical Associates. Unfortunately, since her retirement and the subsequent transfer of patients to Andrea Holzman, CNP and now to Tanya Johnson, CNP the quality of care and communication has significantly declined. I have repeatedly attempted to refill a prescription by leaving voicemail messages, sending requests through the patient portal, and having my pharmacy submit refill requests. None of these attempts have received a response. Additionally, my wife has been experiencing the same ongoing issues, and I know we are not the only patients affected. At this point, I am actively seeking a new healthcare facility. I am unsure whether the current provider is overwhelmed or simply not prioritizing patient care; however, the lack of communication is unacceptable. Calls to the front desk routinely go unanswered, and messages left are not returned. This is extremely disappointing given my long-standing history with this practice.

Shame was I really wanted it because it supported 4 programs and multiple Bluetooth channels. Started visiting area Audiologists for my new hearing aids I've worn aids for over 20 years and know what I want and what to expect to pay. Shopping was so frustrating. Seemed most just wanted to sell you something and send you away. One had 4 brands that met my minimal requirements, but charged the exact same price for any of them! Finally stopped in Kaplan Hearing Center (now DBA HearUSA). The Audiologist Ms Miller listened to what I wanted and asked the right questions. I had my current hearing graph so no testing was required. She could see what I needed. She went down the list of brands they carried and unfortunately the only one that met my requirements was the same brand I has just returned. She really wanted to help me, so asked if I would reveal where I got the ones that failed. I told her and she said "let me check something". She called the support line and discussed with a tech for quit a while and found the warehouse I got the bad ones from are a lesser quality with less features, and were an older model. With her very professional treatment and I would have 6 months to try it, I decided to try it again. She placed the order and in a week I went back for the fitting. The aids had 3 program functions setup by the Audiologist and unlimited programs I could create myself. She set the 3 programs as I requested and showed me how to use all the functions from my Cell. It was a very satisfactory experience and I'd highly recommend them. A year later and I still love the aid. It pairs with my cell, laptop and car radio. OH! And I get free batteries for life.
