Still waiting for Levin to deliver the lenses I ordered on Jan 24th. Why am I paying 30% more for such horrible service? I'm going to request a refund today and hope that they can locate the frames I provided. At this point I'm not worried about my 3 yr old frames, even though they were very expensive. I just want my money back. UPDATE: I called Levin Eye Care home office 410-486-1010 and spoke with Hope. She gave me a partial refund of $100 on my $300 lenses and explained that they switched labs on Feb 8th but that my lenses are at the old very slow lab. The partial refund brings the cost of the lenses $20 below what I paid at Carroll Eye Care. I appreciate Levin making an effort.

The administrative assistant then said on 9/25/19, "IF YOU CAN'T FIND US, WE CAN'T HELP YOU". I said that is rude!! Professionalism, customer service is extremely important when you have a business. You never know what someone is going through or what they went through to get to their appointments. This was unacceptable and it is unfortunate I will never meet Dr. Benshir, but will send her a nice letter informing her about the lack of professionalism, patience and rudeness of her staff. I didn't find any reviews for Maryland Retina (I always look for reviews when searching new places) so I was skeptical when I found the location listed with my daughter's insurance. We initially had an appointment last week but there was a mix up with my daughter's doctor referral so we had to reschedule. The office staff was very understanding and scheduled a new date very close. On yesterday, my daughter did an initial exam with the technician and she was very sweet and kind. My daughter had her first exam 2 years ago and none since then, because she had no issues with vision. The technician guided her throughout the exam and was very patient. After getting her eyes fully dilated, she saw Dr. Syed. He listened very carefully to my daughter's concerns and his exam was very thorough. He even took a second look to verify his diagnosis of what he suspected may be an issue. The exam wasn't rushed but didn't take very long, either. We will be back in 3 months for a follow-up. -S. Each time we have found the physicians and the P.A's to be very knowledgeable, professional, and experienced. Unfortunately, the follow through has been dismal. Having been told by the PA a test is urgent, the staff made an appointment for us FIVE months into the future. Each time we go, the procedure for checking in, only by computer, is laborious and time consuming and irritating, for instead of showing( for example) your list of meds and asking if there are any changes, you must mark each med as current. Same with medical conditions. Too bad this practice has a monopoly on urologists.

I've been to other chiropractors who were not able to relieve my discomfort. Dr. Puritz takes away my pain and that is why he is the only chiropractor I will use. I live 40 minutes from his office, but gladly make the trip when my lower back starts hurting. I do a lot of heavy lifting and can throw my body out of alignment. Dr. Puritz always straighten me out........was that a pun?
