This time, it was nearly impossible to get appointments and they were at horrible times and over 30 minutes from my house. ATI just happened to open recently in the Clarksburg Harris Teeter Center in Clarksburg Village. I figured I'd give them a call. What a refreshing change of pace from what I usually get at physical therapy. It was easy to get an appointment and I was able to do most of the forms online, ahead of my appointment. When I got there, they are keeping the number of staff and patients low, so I felt safe (with Covid restrictions). All the staff has been vaccinated for over a month. They were constantly wiping things down and everyone was masked. There was generally only 2 or 3 clients there at a time while I was there. They also have a private room if you need more privacy. I had to fill out another form, on their client laptop when I got there, and then I had my evaluation. Both women who work there are very knowledgeable and friendly. They isolated my problem quickly and got me started. They told me how long I could expect healing to take. They went over their responsibilities and mine to ensure I have a positive outcome. No other physical therapy place has ever done that with me. I was able to schedule my full 6 weeks of appointments at my first appointment. My old place would only let me schedule 3 week out and then they wouldn't have availability and I'd have to stall my therapy. The place is super clean and conveniently located. I'm so glad I found ATI and this location. Looking forward to feeling better and completing my therapy with them.

This is the prenatal massage I had in mind during my previous experience at another place. Nancy gave me a full body massage but made sure to focus on that evil knot in my lower back. She ended with a foot rub and hot towels on my feet- so rejuvenating. She also asked if I wanted the table heated or not prior to beginning, which was nice I'm always hot. I even had a comfy pillow for my belly and one to keep between my knees. Be warned this is a bare bones establishment. The location is in the rear, bottom floor of a strip mall so I could hear what sounded like furniture being moved around upstairs. The therapists are fun, engaging, and knowledgeable and the gym has many fun activities that my son enjoys. Everyone really cares, here, and parents are involved in the process.
