So I highly recommend it if you're starting to feel sick or trying to recover. Now the bad part. Their "membership" is not very customer friendly. It's super vague on how your monthly membership is used towards services if you build up credit. Also if you have credits and you cancel the monthly membership you can't use them, which is absolutely ridiculous. The transparency here is pretty bad. I wouldn't do the membership unless you absolutely plan on going every month for at least 1 IV bag and be on the ball about canceling.

They were super helpful with making adjustments to things so it was most affordable for me and ensuring that I was aware of prices before I was just charged or had to pay something and didn't realize the end amount. STAFF & ATMOSPHERE : Can't say enough good about the service here!! These ladies are so genuinely kind and helpful, and I felt so cared for by them. Felicia and Casey are outstanding and you can clearly tell their kindness alone keeps them successful! Awesome people. The atmosphere was so clean, open, and bright. Thyroid levels look good maybe you just you know need to use the bathroom more often, I was like what does that have to do with anything, but since I went to new leaf wellness now it's been about a month I would say and my energy levels are great. I feel great. They ran test and found my thyroid levels was low. Let's say a lot of things was out of whack with my body, my hormones, etc. They got them back up again and on track in my body. I'm just gonna say this is the best decision I could've ever made and I want to say thanks to new leaf wellness. I am so appreciative of you all. I thank God for this place.

I wasn't sure it would work. I was able to get an appointment really easy and the young lady showed up right on time. She gave me everything I would have received at the hospital for only $250!!!! Care Quality - The young lady was so kind! Fantastic! She ensured I was doing better. This is an absolutely go-to! It helped so much! Keep in mind, they came to my house, to my room where I thought I was going to g to die! I didn't need to go out to an office!

Poor customer service/communication from management…read more Long story short: A few months ago I purchased a package of 6 for a service. After 2 treatments their equipment broke which resulted in postponement of 2 treatments. During this time I found out about an unanticipated move for my husbands job. I called to ask about a partial refund from the package since I had only used 2/6 treatments. I asked if I could be charged for the higher individual service price for the two used and refunded the rest that was unused (a difference of $300). This is where my frustration begins... I called twice, a week apart and left a message to ask about the refund. No call back. I stopped by for my 3rd attempt, was told they were in a meeting and someone would call me back. Nothing. I finally called a 4th time and asked them to make me an appointment with a manager to discuss and resolve the matter. I was put on hold and finally told I could come my and pick up a check for a partial refund (relayed through receptionist, still never spoke to a manager). When I picked up the check, it was $50 less than anticipated. I FINALLY talked to someone in management, but they did not have an explanation as to where that extra $50 went... While I am grateful for any refund at all and I am annoyed about the $50, my real frustration was lack of communication. If someone had simply gotten on the phone and had a 5 minute conversation with me a lot of that frustration would have been avoided.
