Went in because was sure I had a UTI. I had to wait in a hallway on a hospital bed for quite a while before being seen by a doctor. Doc asked me some questions about my symptoms, did quick vitals check then said It didn't sound like a classic UTI so sent me home with nothing. 2 days later went to Midlands for same thing......guess what? I did have a UTI. They gave me a script for antibiotics. The wait in the hallway was "We are busy and all our rooms are in use". Never ever going there again. read more

I went to Bellevue Urgent Care after having an allergic reaction to weeds from working in the yard doing clean-up. The dr. on duty kept telling me that I wasn't having an allergic reaction and what I was experiencing was flea bites. He then proceeded to say that my house must be infested in them. I disagreed with him and asked if he would just give me a steroid shot to reset my immune system, that is all I needed, I've been through this before and he started laughing at me and asked who's the doctor? Not you, its me. He was confrontational and rude, even said he was going to contact DHS to turn me in for having a bug infested house. I nearly lost it. Next day I ended up going to my dermatologist, he confirmed I was having an allergic reaction to some kind of weed plant, gave me a steroid shot to reset my immune system and all was well within a couple days. read more

They asked what we were there for, told them, then they had us answer the hundred questions, just to be told they couldn't help us because they didn't have an x-ray machine. Now we get a bill when they did absolutely nothing but say they wouldn't help. Avoid this place at all costs. Worst "urgent care" in the area. Don't waste your time! read more

Staff in office are rude, NP doesn't even assess or give discharge instructions. They cut you off when speaking and don't give an opportunity to voice concerns. They are not helpful when giving guidance to out of state patients. read more

At 6 PM this evening I cut myself by accident and put pressure on the cut and drove myself to this facility. I am not a doctor and I've never cut myself this deep on the hand and so when I went inside the facility I told them I cut myself I need to see a doctor I may have hit the tendon and probably gonna need stitches. They said that I have to go to and emergency room. Emergency rooms cost more. So I had to drive myself from this location to the CHI emergency room off of Highway 370. After I got done at the emergency room they told me that the tendon was not cut. Now I will have to pay an er bill through my insurance rather than through this facility. I would have preferred that they the urgent care initially take me in because when you're in pain you may not be thinking straight and I could've avoided possible higher bills. I will see in a couple weeks once I get the bill from my insurance company. The staff person was polite and the facility was clean but never got past the lobby so I can't review it more than that. read more

I have gone here for years. They have always been kind and considerate....but now I'm reevaluating my choice to ever return again. I went because I'm covid positive, I tested there on the 7th and got results on the 8th. That experience was weird In and of itself. The person who did my covid test went up and in maybe a bit too far as we BOTH heard a pop but worse than that....she said "eww!" I so badly wanted to tell her that might not be the best reaction as I am a nurse and that is kind of considered something you shouldn't do as it really makes your patient wonder what skills you have. I let that go. However, today is over 15 days since I had my first symptoms. No I'm not better. I asked to be tested or at least listen to my lungs. I was told I would test positive for 3 months, which I know is not true because in order to go back to work, most people have to have a negative covid test. Additionally, they must have been out of stethoscopes because they couldn't even take a minute to listen to my lungs. They said go to the ER we don't treat. Well really?? A month or more ago my son was tested For covid. He was negative but by God they treated him with an antibiotic and steroids after going back a second time. At no point did they tell us he couldn't be treated. And to top things off, the care provider today would rather argue as opposed to grabbing the dang stethoscope and listening. I'm a nurse, that is the very LEAST she could do. I asked for that....I was told to go to the ER. I feel like clogging up an ER during this pandemic when you just need your lungs listened to and geesh maybe a burst of steroids, is totally a waste of valuable time for doctors and nurses and the entire ER staff. In no way shape or form do I want to hold up the care of someone that is more ill than me. To top it off, there was a kid in two stalls down from me that finally left. No one EVER came out to him for the entire time I was there and I was there quite awhile waiting for my call to be answered. I feel like I've always given 10s when I've rated this place before. I feel like I've always been treated and prescriptions written for even INFLUENZA which is also a VIRUS..,,but this time, this time there isn't anything they can do. I find that to be an extremely irresponsible way to act in the Health care field. Thank God I didn't need CPR and this was the closest place for my son to get me to! Extremely dissatisfied with this urgent care (which is no longer an urgent care it is just a covid testing site) because I know darn well I've always been treated here with a prescription, which is actually treatment which I was told they don't do. I believe my sons and myself will be finding a different clinic. My care was of substandard and truly everyone there today should be embarrassed to hold any type of degree, certificate or anything in the medical field. This is one of the worst things I've ever been involved in. This is what not going even a bit above what you think you should do got you an awful review. Have you ever heard that you generally need 7 "atta boys" to make one negative comment go away so to speak? Well I have. I learned that 35+ years ago working in a store and a restaurant! I brought my daughter in last week for her ankle. Angela, Toni, and Dana took care of our issues and worries. I was worried my daughter wouldn't be able to do her cross country run the following Wednesday, even though the X-rays showed no break or sprain. They got us crutches to help my daughter not put pressure on her injured ankle and she was able to participate in her run. We will continue to use this urgent care in the future because I felt they took care of my daughter as they would their own. read more

I needed to get checked out to make sure everything was okay. I went in, was greeted politely, given respect and then was back to see a health care worker quickly. Carree was very kind and helped me understand what was coming next as well as putting me at ease. She is an amazing example of what it means to be compassionate and kind. I honestly have never been less impressed with a Doctor or PhD in my life! I took my son there due to a suspected sinus infection and not being able to go to my family doctor due to BCBS and CHI not getting along...well the Nurse spent more time with my son than the doctor. He didn't even look in his nose to see if he had anything going on.. but because when he gets sinus problems his eyes get very red and irritated he just said he had pink eye and wouldn't look at him any further...left the room sent a prescription for eye drops and sent the nurse back in. EVEN AFTER I questioned his diagnosis he didn't even take the time out to double check! I ended up taking him to another doctor in the area and he in fact DID have a sinus infection and the eyes were a side effect of the ACTUAL infection NOT PINK EYE! 191.00 WASTED! read more

Absolutely awful clinic! I went in today, Saturday a little before 7:30 pm. I had a hard time getting in since there are no handicap doors and I am in a wheelchair. The reason for my visit was because I had fell and landed on my wrist and wanted to make sure it wasn't broken. I could not wheel my chair or help with the door and my husband had a hard time doing both but we finally got it. Once inside we waited for awhile for the receptionist to greet us. The Dr greeted us before she even showed up. She finally came over at 7:35 and asks what's wrong. I let her know and she says she has to check but they may have seen their last patient. She comes back and says it's too late they've stopped seeing patients. This is ridiculous since they have now caused so much time to be lost. She then tells me to go to Bellevue Medical Center because they have an Urgent Care open until 10. We have to go through the whole wheelchair process again and get to the hospital to find out they close at 8:00 as well. The difference is the Bellevue Med Center ACTUALLY WAITS UNTIL 8 TO CLOSE!!! THE BELLEVUE MED CENTER HELPED ME AND I WAS DONE BY 8:08 PM. THEY WERE THE NICEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER MET. FROM NOW ON I WILL ALWAYS GO TO BELLEVUE MED CENTER URGENT CARE. read more

This is the one of the best clinic I've been to. The staff is so sweet, helpful, and polite. It was not a long wait, they continuing to get the patients in and out. Ms. Kahla is the sweetest Nurse Practitioner I've ever met. She taught me a lot, and not only that, she helped with my daughter without her being present.
