We found out that my 2 year old needed glasses and I had such a hard time finding a place that carried glasses for her. A lot of places didn't carry glasses small enough or only had one pair to choose from. I am SO happy I found live life optical! The staff were so helpful and they had a much bigger selection of glasses to choose from than other places. We got my toddlers glasses in 2 days and she helped fit them to her perfectly! Highly Recommend! I've had the absolute BEST (!!!) experience here with the O.D. next door (Dr. Phung Quach) and here at the optical department with Jenny and Juan. (I came here after the Optometrist (Ramon Villegas, OD) at America's Best in Cerritos Town Center couldn't get my prescription right, not once, but twice in a row. The first by giving me a prescription that I was already currently at, and the second time - rushing the re-exam and upping the strength to a full number up, which was way too strong.) When I got my glasses a whole two weeks later, they messed up on the lens and forgot to put the coating on, so it had to be redone. And then I find out the prescription was way too strong. What a mess!!! I came here to Live Life Optical to get a re-exam, because I just didn't want to deal with America's Best anymore after so much time and money wasted there. The OD really took care of me. She took her time going over each step, explaining the process thoroughly and went over the different strengths to make sure I was fitted with the best option (which was half point less than what I was previously prescribed - that's a big difference!). Jenny helped me with my lenses and Juan was able to cut my lens within 30 minutes!!!!!!! I couldn't believe the service and customer care everyone here provided. Great place to get glasses good prices and all the workers are really nice and professional

So thankful for Live Life and the optician Juan who helped us out! My daughter is 8 and she cannot see well without her glasses. She managed to bump the screw out of her glasses so hard that it misaligned hinge. I spent an hour trying to thread the screw back in, but nothing worked and we needed them fixed so she could see at school. I called Live Life to see if they'd be able to fix them that day and they told me to bring it in. The entire office is so friendly and helpful! Juan took her glasses and with his tools was able to fix them. The best part is that, even though I didn't purchase her glasses from them, he would not charge us for his service! It is going on 11 days and I have yet to receive the glasses in which I supplied the frame for lenses I wanted made to be inserted. So the one star in which I rated is merely " complimentary ". In the second instance of my contacting them via email concerning the delay , I mentioned the advertisement they posted regarding their claim glasses would be ready within 3-5 business days and their reply was that was " pre- covid " , and that now it was more like 7- 10 business days , yeah , now I' m Counting day 11.... and I still don't know what sort of product I shall be receiving! I brought in my frames and they were able to fill my prescription within 45 minutes it was awesome! By far, hands-down best optical I've visited. Juan, Jenny, and all the staff here are really knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I've gotten multiple glasses from them and I've always received them on time and got just what I wanted. Understandably, with Covid, shipping might take slightly longer but they go out of their way to make sure their customers are satisfied and I really value that in a business. I am going on my third attempt at leaving this business a happy customer. So far the staff here has been incapable of supplying me with a pair of glasses that fit correctly. I have had to pay two $25 frame replacement charges for frames that never fit correctly in the first place. Today when I called and informed them another ill fitting pair of glasses is now not wearable due to repeatedly falling off my face due to lack of propper measurements by the staff at Live Life Optical. they stated that I could come in toomorrow at 10 am to "see what they could do for me." When I asked if I would finally be measured and fitted for my new frames she stated. "We don't do measurements." Tune in tomorrow to find out if the staff at Live Life Optical is capable of customer service. I will be expecting that the office manager will see to it that I leave with a propper fitting pair of glasses at no additional charge and will gladly be refunded the $50 in additional fees I have already payed for frames that never fit correctly due to the lack of options they had to offer. read more

The nice lady here happily helped me out with fixing my Ray Bans after I had bent a hinge/ frame. She fixed them in about 30 seconds on a machine she had. I am so happy and thankful. This is my favorite place to shop for glasses. The staff is so helpful and regardless of your price point, they got you covered. They were able to transfer my lenses into new frames when my glasses broke and were even willing to work with me on payment because I was awaiting my paycheck and had not forseen the expense. When I was ready for new glasses I called them and they helped me make an appointment with Dr. Phung Quach next door. Once I got my new prescription, I walked back over and they helped me get the lenses made and pick out cute new frames.
