I've been coming here for three years now. Dr Shane Seymour is professional and friendly. The tech that they use for retinal scans and eye pressure tests are the best as they don't require annoying puffs of air or dilation. They also are great with providing me with my prescriptions without pressure on buying their frames; however their opticians were helpful with having me try the low bridge frames they had in stock. If anything, therein is my only suggestion: please consider offering more low bridge frames as this is the only reason we go elsewhere for frames. read more

Dr. Leslie Bacani, OD was absolutely a pleasure. I am so lucky that I was able to be seen by her and right away. They said it was a busy day, but I was 20 minutes early to my appointment and see right away. I have been putting off going to the optometrist for a while and they were efficient with checking everything and getting me a perscription. Dr. Bacani is so sweet and made sure to listen to my concerns and walk me through every section of my eye. She also wants to get to know you and is so friendly! Even though I did not get glasses or contacts they did not try to sell me on anything. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything or be upsold on a service. read more

I was told to contact the location manager to resolve my problem but it turns out Candace is the store manager. She is very unfriendly and was the one who called me to scold me about taking my glasses back because they can't get my prescription correct. The receptionist, who also sounded annoyed by my issue, said I would get a call back. By now I'm frustrated and I don't want to deal with this place ever again. read more

Candace is hands down the worst worker at this place. Claims she's the manager how if you ask me if wild. Informing my daughter that the reason her glasses broke are due to adding Elmer's glue on them. Is claiming that was never said. I have been a client of Eyesite Optometry since I was in the 5th grade. I remember when they were located within the Cerritos mall. I'm now in my late 20s and can honestly say that I've only seen this office grow in such a positive manner. The customer service here is always top tier. I have always felt truly cared for by the doctors I have had visits with. I have never been made to feel that the team was money hungry. They have always ensured that I'm offered the best quality products while still respecting when I may need to decline a service or recommendation. I recently moved back to LA from Houston and was extremely excited to see the way in which this office has continued to thrive. Terrible customer service. A female worker doesn't seem welcoming and ready to assist client with trying on a new pair of prescription glasses. I looked around then later on asked if I could try on frames as I already have prescription from another reputable store. I didn't even take 20 mins of their time. But she showed being impatient already and felt I'm being rushed as if she just wanted to go and sit on her chair. I asked if I could try on another pair she responded, you already tried that on. So I said, ok thank you for your time. Doesn't seem to feel bad at all and just watch me leave without even saying anything. I feel bad for the owner of this store. Their workers don't care for their clients. I went to another store nearby right after and got a Chanel. Very accommodating worker. read more

I was requested to put on a face mask when I arrived to pick up my glasses after waiting 1 month. I explained that I am medically except from wearing the mask and they were handed to me from the receptionist desk and was ask to step outside she would bring them to my car. I told her that was okay and I took them and left. I was to be scheduled for an exam that the doctor requested me to get unfortunate that was done. Customer service was very, very unprofessional. I've been going here for years and they always take good care of me. I've seen Dr. Sherry and Dr. David and they are both so nice and thorough. They have no problem answering any questions you have and are very personable. The entire staff is nice actually. As soon as you walk in you are warmly greeted, and as you're waiting they offer you coffee or water. When it's time to pay, they always work with you to find the best option. I don't feel they are too pushy or just trying to upsell you. The last time I came in recently to get contacts, the woman helping me told me of a really good rebate going on. Unfortunately, I didn't need that many contacts so I passed, but she was absolutely fine with whatever option I chose (I ended up ordering a minimal amount of contacts to lower my out of pocket but she didn't make me feel bad at all). Overall a great place and really nice and clean inside. The staff is amazing and so friendly. Come here for your optometry needs! read more

I am not one to write reviews but I do believe in giving feedback to ensure that a company is growing and thriving. I have been a patient of Eyesite in Cerritos for 22 years-- since way back when the office was inside the mall. I have always been very happy with the quality and service. Dr. Shane is amazing and I frankly stayed on because I love him so much. He gets five stars. However, this will likely be my last visit. The people who run the front office are rude and condescending (older Black lady who I am guessing is the front manager and older Latina lady who orders glasses). I specifically asked to not be helped by the older Latina lady because she was rude the last time I was there. I think she knew this because she gave me dirty looks the entire time I was there. As I was picking out my frames she and the older black lady started complaining about how I was grabbing too many frames and getting them dirty. They were literally complaining out loud in my face. News flash! When you order frames you have to touch them and try them on. It's not an eyewear museum. It literally took every ounce in my body to not speak up. Crystal however was a sweetheart. The older ladies can learn a thing or two from her on how to treat customers. Then the Latina lady proceeded to berate Dr. Shane because he was scheduled to leave early. Who has the audacity to complain about their boss in front of customers? Well apparently this lady does. After 22 years supporting this practice, I am ready to move on. Customers do not need to deal with this level of unprofessionalism nor an unwelcoming atmosphere. I am happy to take my business elsewhere. read more

I have been a customer here for so long. I love the Dr here but recently I feel like the staff are not as friendly or helpful. I'm very disappointed on the staffing. Even when you call in they are rushing and not listening to your questions properly. The services is horrible. I came in here 40mins prior to closing time at 5pm to browse some frames for my new prescriptions. I honestly did not think I would have enough time to find the right frames but I found a great pair with 2minutes to spare. David was very helpful and friendly. He was very honest about the few frames I chose and took pricing into consideration since I did not have insurance. We found a nice pair of ray bans that supported my nose bridge and was within my price range. The store is very clean, nicely decorated and welcoming. The staff members are very nice and helpful. They have a decent selection of designed frames and sunglasses. I would definitely recommend them :) read more

I can see! And the world is now a safer place! I've been looking for a new home to care for my eyes and Eyesite have been terrific! I literally came here just to check out their selections and ended up going through the whole process. Service was excellent and was never once pressured. I was provided with great eyes and glasses education as well. And it's amazing that I've gone through 2 other optometrists that didn't provide me half the things Eyesite did. They were busy when I was there and I did not feel rushed at all. Mind you I was a walk in! They have great selections on eyewear and I always have difficulty finding frames to fit me (Asian nose with absolutely no nose bridge). With no intentions of purchasing, I ended up with a nice pair of Chanel and I finally got a piece without nose pads! It's a wonderful feeling! The turn around time is quick. I ordered my glasses on Thursday and they're set for pick up on Monday. Sarah is straight to the point with everything and will not try to convince you into anything. She's honest and provides true opinions on frames for your face. So happy to be a patient here! read more

EyeSite has been my provider for years! I mean back when they were in the mall, which is ages ago but that tells you how truly incredible they are, hence my loyalty! Staff is aways super kind, David is my guy his customer service is outstanding! Love the ladies here too, all very sweet and make you feel really comfortable. Dr. Shane is beyond knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I came in with eye trauma and staff was able to fit me in that day (IM SO GRATEFUL THANK YOU!) and Dr. Shane took care of me right away. I adore them so much that even though I have a different insurance provider I STILL COME HERE! They're great, no joke. Always a great selection of frames too, I've had my Gucci's for 6+ years and they're goin strong! Anyways EyeSite you guys are truly amazing thank you for what you do! Starting off the bat, leaving a voicemail for someone to get back to you takes 2-3 days. Next they over promise and under deliver, missing their marks for estimations on deliveries by not just days but weeks. A 700$ pair of glasses I bought didn't come with a case, claiming that it was the manufacturers "new policy". So I was promised a case from them personally, but the day I pick it up they bait and switch me sales representatives and the new one says she can't get me a case, for 700$ glasses mind you. On top of that, I had to call 10 times in one day to get someone on the phone to get a vague update on my glasses. Would not recommend this place, horrible customer service. read more

This place is so inconsiderate. I made an appointment way ahead of time and waited over 30 minutes to still not be seen. If your dumb doctors are falling behind then it's your job as an establishment to call your patients to let them know. Never coming here again. Such a waste of time as if your whole day is dedicated to getting glasses. This is why people make appointments..... we have other things to do. read more

Bought my daughter a pair of Tom Ford glasses in August of 2022 the frame broke in November 2022 while she was cleaning the lenses at school. She ended up putting tape & gluing them as she didn't have an extra pair at school. I took them in & the office staff stated there was no warranty through them as my daughter must have not been cleaning the lenses correctly for the frame to have broken in half , but they could definitely sell me a new frame for $475( with a discount) When I asked about the manufacture warranty they first told me I had to do the research on my own & send it into them. Then was told they would reach out to the Tom Ford Vendor they have. I ended up waiting 3 weeks for them to tell me the warranty would not cover a broken frame. & they quickly disconnected the call. Will not be returning. read more

This has been my place for eye care for approximately 20 years. I first discovered them at the Cerritos Mall and followed them when they relocated down the street. So, I have TRUSTED this business for a long time. On Friday, 12.16.2022, I left a message requesting to schedule an appointment during their lunchtime. I didn't receive a callback so on Saturday, I went to their website and requested an appointment via this method. I still never received a callback. I have a 24 hour callback rule. If you don't return a customer's call within this time, it tells me you do not want their business. So on Sunday, I was at another mall to visit what I thought was an optometry office. More on that in a minute. I selected my annual new reading and sunglasses, spending over $1,600. When it came to my reading glasses, the optician asked me if I wanted the lens to be progressive. I said, "yes because my other reading glasses are." She asked to look at the reading glasses I was carrying and informed me that they were NOT progressive. This really surprised me because I recalled paying for my glasses to be progressive. Needless to say, I was disappointed. So, since I could only purchase my glasses here, they referred me to an optometrist close by. Not ideal, but I was open to change. So on Monday, I contacted the office, but had to leave a message. LITERALLY, WITHIN 2 MINUTES THEY RETURNED MY CALL AND SCHEDULED MY APPOINTMENT! This is how you do business. I am actually no longer mad with my previous eye care professionals, because if it were not for their poor customer service, I would NEVER have discovered my trust had been violated. read more

Dr. Rosenbloom is like the Dr.Oz for eyes. He is so nice and patient and handsome, like- you could definitely trust him to babysit your newborn type of guy. Seriously. Dr. R knows what he's talking about and was the first to detect the cataracts I have, he gave me wayyyyy more info about what they were than the Opthomologist did (which he referred me to go). Also David is soooo great. He is the definition of great customer service. Like- I wish he worked at my firm- knows A LOT and is attentive. All staff is nice but David and Dr.Rosenbloom really are the magic to this place and the great experience. They have a really good selection of frames!!!! Not too many where it's overwhelming but enough to fall in love with a few and pick from there. They have really great brands and also affordable pieces too. Get the Groupon. Went there today and I was helped by Lindsay who was amazing. She has got stellar customer service and assisted me with my transaction. It was so difficult to find a location accepting my new insurance, VSP , thankfully this place is in-network. Their selection of frames are amazing. They have all of the amazing name brands from Oakley to Prada. Most of them being very stylish. The outside of the store may look a little dull, but once you set foot inside, it looks like a luxury store. I have been going here for a few years on the recommendation of a friend. Service has always been solid. I had an appointment today at 3:30 and was leaving work early (I work in Pomona) to make my appointment (In Cerritos). Of course traffic sucks and I knew I was going to be late so as a courtesy I called to let them know I would be late but I would still like to get my exam. I was informed that they have a 10 minute grace period and after that your appointment is cancelled and you have to reschedule. I was told I could reschedule the next day at 2. I had already left work early 1 day and their solution was for me to leave early another day because I would arrive past the 10 minute grace period. Needless to say I will be changing optometrists and finding a Dr. closer to my home. read more
