I am so obsessed with CARLEE at Blue Water Salon! She is truly gifted and has been doing this for quite some time, even though she's young and cool and hip, which makes her work look natural, effortless and organic. She always takes the time to ask questions and dig deeper to understand what you really want. She really grasps what you're going for, before diving in. On the flip side, I told her to chop and warm-blonde me, and let her have full creative control. The result was PHENOMENAL. I couldn't have even imagined such fun summer hair! I also want to shout out to the salon owner Saretta, who is probably the BEST salon owner in the Naples area. Her work and staff speak for themselves. Most of her staff have been with her 3+ years, which is unheard of in the salon world. She really mentors and develops her staff and it shows in everything they do. Even her current assistant, Ana, is better than some of the stylists I've seen at other salons! Bluewater's superior staff, service and quality are unmatched anywhere else. read more

Horrible experience! Today September 13th 2018 I Daniela, visited this hair salon with my partner Vanesa to inquire about their services. We asked the receptionist to talk to Sareta who is the manager. The receptionist told us that Sareta could not attend us in that moment and if we could return in 45 minutes. This said she was at clear sight of us but was not willing to approach us. It's hard to explain but I am convinced since we are Latina's, owners of a cleaning company in Naples and showed up in our company uniform that Sareta profiled us and decided we are not worthy as potential customers. We also felt profiled by one of their employees named Jose who gave us a "cold shoulder " from the beginning. Unless you experience profiling on your own it is hard to explain, but those who have know exactly what I am talking about. So my recommendation is stay away from this hair salon! read more

Yesenia was amazing! I had such a bad experience with someone cutting my hair that I wouldn't let anyone touch my hair! I was so nervous. I did a bunch of research and looked at their IG. loved what I saw so I took a dive and scheduled an appointment with someone random. Yesenia was my girl, and loved her! New to the area, was referred to Sam. Cancelled DAY OF my appointment then cancelled the day of the rescheduled date! Once is understandable, but twice? I received calls 24 hours in advance confirming both appointments. The receptionist let me know the stylist wanted to leave early.. Why not just say she had a family emergency, etc? I told the receptionist I made an appointment at another salon and she said okay great! Inflexible hours, very unprofessional staff. They should invest in a new receptionist. read more

I have been getting my long curly hair done all across the board- from Honolulu, Seattle, Minneapolis, Chicago, even Peru - most of which resulted in nightmare experiences. When I moved to Naples, I was lucky enough to get referred to this salon and was given Zandra as my stylist. I must say, she is one of the best, if not THE best stylist I have ever had do my hair. She is always able to understand what I want/need - it could be a routine touch up, or a completely new look and Zandra always follows through with the execution. Which is so refreshing after experiencing so many utter disappoints in previous salons. Whether she is cutting, coloring, glazing, or straightening.. I NEVER leave disappointed. There have been a few times when I needed a color touch up, or a straightening and I ended up going to a different salon in town, and I always regretted not waiting for Zandra. I am utterly astonished by the service and quality of care that blue water salon provides to all its customers. The stylists are the nicest people you will ever meet, beautiful inside and out, every minute they ask you what you want to drink, very positive environment, beautiful decor, stylist help each other out and work as a team, and above all they truly MAKE YOUR DREAM HAIR A REALITY. If I had enough money I would leave a 300 dollar tip !!!! I naturally have dark brown hair and have gone to many stylist and every one of them left my hair orange, except Saretta who is my stylist as well as the owner of the salon. Sooooo pleased with new color and cut! I last had a haircut - BAD - the week after Christmas 2016. It was so uneven I decided all I could do was let it grow out. Been doing my own coloring - last was three months ago. I just moved to Naples this week, made an appointment, sight unseen, at Blue Water Salon based on location, Yelp reviews and the advice of a friend who used to be a stylist. I walked in today a total hot mess, and begged Lauren to make me over! She took the time to really listen to me as we talked about color, the fact that I must have a good cut that's easy to style and maintain. She is a delight - a dog lover like me (extra points!) and did an AWESOME job!!! I've found my new "hair goddess!" Would give TEN STARS if I could!!! read more

I randomly started going here a few months ago, simply because I badly needed a haircut and they could fit me in. It was a bit of a risk going to a place unknown, but couldn't have been happier. Saretta Bowerman did my hair and makeup for my wedding and she did an amazing job! She is extremely talented and could probably replicate any style you want because that is what she did for me! It took me a long time to find someone who could do more of a sleek updo since most girls choose relaxed curls updos for bridal looks, but Saretta did such a great job! I also had a trial before the wedding and she made sure it was exactly what I wanted for the wedding day. She even started all over when the finished updo wasn't as "big" as I wanted it but the second time it was perfect! The airbrush foundation she used for my makeup made my skin look so flawless and it really does make a difference! She was so nice and sweet and I would recommend her to anyone! read more
