Like I told them why would I want to pay $2,000 out of my pocket if I have great insurance where I have to only pay $50 co pay for the whole year to get work done. I would of waited for the following year to get whatever else I needed to get done. They billed my insurance for regular fillings and on top of that made my whole family pay cash to get white fillings done when my insurance pays for it!!! Les Shcwab Tires has awesome insurance! While waiting I watched patients come in greeted by first names , smiles and How have you beens? I could tell they were returning patients and happy being there. To me that's a Good sign that they're pleased with their care there. The X Ray technician was extremely gentle and friendly. I don't think I have ever been so comfortable in a Dental office in my life. Highly recommend this dental office. :) 10/10

I just had my first appointment as a new patient at Dr. Polumbo's office in Grass Valley & I've never experienced a dentist with his level of integrity, communication, and genuine care for his patients. In one visit I can tell that Dr. Tim prioritizes doing the right thing & what's best for patients, with a collaborative transparent approach, which is such a stark contrast to any other office I've experienced who are very clearly just in it for the money & keeping patients coming back. Dr. Tim is the first dentist who sat down & discussed with me simple affordable ways in which I can actually get to the root of healing and remineralizing my teeth to strengthen them & prevent any future issues like the one I came in for him to address.
