We share stories, laughter, and conversation and they make sure that you are comfortable for every procedure and thoroughly explain what is needed, and answer any questions you have. I have since gone back to see a hygienist. I was disappointed that it took me a long time to get in to see one. I got into see Dr. Daily almost right away but to the contrary with a hygienist. Why I got into to see my hygienist, I was overwhelmed with how much she was talking to me. I appreciate light casual conversation but this talking with her took a lot of work especially as she was scraping away at my teeth. If my last hygienist where I last lived was a 5, this nice person was a 3. I am going to have to bring Dr. Daily's score down to 4 stars. read more

Love this dental office! Had my first visit in November 2020, and was delighted at the wonderful experience. The office is taking all precautions for safety of patients and staff during Covid19, so I felt very safe and comfortable in that regard. It was an excellent visit! Dr Daily is extremely kind, thoughtful and thorough. He did not make things feel rushed or unexplained. He was willing to talk dental anatomy and take the time to teach to someone who isn't familiar with all the terms, using my own X-Rays/teeth to explain things. I found that so helpful and valuable. The staff is friendly and professional. The dental hygienists are excellent. In fact, I found this office through Elizabeth, my all time favorite dental hygienist, who works there. The prices are competitive and are more reasonable than what I had been paying in the SLV office I was previously using. I would highly recommend this dental office to all! read more

I know Dr. Kevin Daily to be a man of integrity. I first came Dr. Daily's office when I brought in my husband after he had a horrible bicycle accident. My husband broke several front teeth in the accident as well as severe facial abraisions. The next day he was in horrible pain and we went to visit several Dentists for consultations and opinions. What struck me first was how attentive the receptionist staff was. A friendly and knowledgeable voice on the phone during a health crisis was reassuring. Dr. Daily was very careful, thorough and compassionate with my husband. He gave a solid plan of action and explained when and why he recommended certain procedures. Since the accident I have also become a patient. I am impressed by Dr. Daily's reassuring bedside manner and the attentiveness of the entire staff. Five stars for sure! read more

I have been going to Dr. Daily for over ten years (since high school) and he and his staff are wonderful!! Obviously going to the dentist is not fun, but Dr Daily makes you feel comfortable and REALLY listens to you. I think one of the reasons I love Dr Daily is his office staff. When you first enter the office the receptionists are so sweet and know you by name. The hygienist was really sweet too and makes sure that you are comfortable. Dr. Daily is by far the best dentist I have ever been too! He's very concerned with his patients and makes sure they get everything that they need from their visit. Dora and April in the front office made me feel welcome and comfortable. Truly as good as it gets. I don't make up excuses to miss my appointments! I am on time most of the time and they are also. My son who is 9 and sees a children's dentist will graduate to Kevin when the time comes. He has never had a cavity and I know Kevin will continue that care with him. They are always polite, professional and I leave with a smile. I have always had extreme apprehension when scheduling a dental visit with a past local dentist.... I have been seeing Dr Dailey for about 8 years and could not be happier...with a dental visit! I am a male 57 years old; get in there and he will be your dentist for life. I want to start off with saying i usually HATE THE DENTIST. I went to dr daily for the first time today to get a few cavities filled. This was the first time I have ever visted a dentist and felt NO PAIN. Even the shots were painless. He was patient with me and went reallly slow so it didnt hurt. Also he is super nice and funny, as soon as I stepped foot into his offfice i felt comortable. I can honestly say i will never feel anxiety and stress like i usually do when i go to the dentist again. I got 4 cavities filled and left with a smile. I was so happy with my visit. I have lived in Japan for a long time and I like to get a "check up" on not only my hygiene situation but on the work I have done in Japan. Dr Daily, and his staff, were above and beyond friendly, informative and professional. Everything was always explained to me and I was able to ask any questions. I felt it was clear that he was telling me all my options so I was informed. He was not looking for weak spots to get more work but was truly helping me be able to make my next decision. (As it turns out, I will see another Dr here that he recommended for a procedure he feels is better suited in the other office.) Once again Dr. Daily and team provided excellent and attentive care in a tough situation. I went to a dentist in the area where I now live for my 6 month check up and to get a broken crown repaired or replaced. After 18 x-rays and a brief visual exam of my teeth, I was given an exorbitant 'treatment plan'---$7K+. Feeling quite discouraged and skeptical about their assessment, I requested the x-rays be sent to Dr. Daily's office for him to review. His staff generously set aside a long appointment on the only day of the month I was available BEFORE he even looked at them. After Dr. Daily thoroughly went thru the x-rays, the treatment plan and my mouth and gave me a lengthy explanation of everything, he determined what was legitimately necessary...... replacement of the broken crown and a new crown for one other tooth.....all other issues were non-existent. No where near the cost of the original treatment plan. If you are looking for an ethical, calm, caring and diligent dentist and office, this is the place. He gives you the gift of confidence and peace every time. read more

Awesome dentist-frustrating front desk. They recently changed what insurance is carried. When I asked how much I will need to pay for cleanings now she told me straight up around $3. I received a bill for $120 for a cleaning. When i called back, it was a total joke. Customer service is not simply repeating, "I understand you are frustrated." It is being honest with customers, admitting you screwed up and fixing it. read more

This office is so great. From the waiting area to all staff members. I even try to get there a bit early so I can read the great magazines. Dr. Dailey is so nice and always explains things. I have never felt like he was in a rush or that "he knows better". His front office staff, Dora and Dixie are the best. They always call to confirm appointments and they are always very helpful and cheerful. The other staff members, Rose and Jenny are great also. read more
