They tried telling me my PRIMARY insurance is only my secondary, which it is not, and has never been. I've used the same insurance for two years. I will happily drive an hour to NOT have to come to this horrible office, and I suggest you don't even waste your time trying to call. I tried to go into the office itself since I live two minutes away, and all of the doors were locked 20+ minutes before they were even supposed to close.

They have billed me for a procedure that I did not receive in office, which has resulted in another bill from Christus Health for an "operating room service". I never received this procedure from this office at this time!! I have been in contact with my Insurance Provider who was indeed informed that I did not receive this procedure at this time. My correspondence with this office has been ongoing now for 9 months!!! They just shuffle me here and there. I think they are nothing but crooks and I will never return there for anything!!!
