The translation clearly confirmed that hot stones were included. At checkout, the clerk told me I had requested an additional 30 minutes during the massage and attempted to charge me $30 more. This was not true. After some back and forth, they did not end up making me pay the extra charge, but the interaction felt very awkward and uncomfortable. They blamed the misunderstanding on Vivian's English, even though the only thing translated was my question about hot stones. I wish this had been handled more professionally and transparently.
