At my first appointment, he really took the time to get to know me and to understand my chronic neck and shoulder pain. Seriously, he worked with me for more than 2 hours! He was able to explain to me how muscle tightness in my shoulders and back is effecting my whole body. After checking all my reflexes and range of motion, we proceeded to acupuncture to "get things warmed up for the adjustments". I'm fairly new to acupuncture, but he was so fast and deft that it didn't hurt a bit. After I "marinated" for a while with the needles, he did some soft tissue massage and stretching of my trouble areas. Finally, he efficiently adjusted almost every joint in my body!
