Located in Westmoreland Mall, in the hall across from Old Navy, all the way at the end near the mall exit doors. There is no sign on the front doors, but in the window around the side. It's a very small studio, but the eyebrow tech is quick and efficient! The whole process took maybe 10 minutes for me, from sitting in the chair to paying for the service. I love how my eyebrows turned out, and they are shaped way better than I could ever do myself.

My credit card was recently replaced due to fraud, and some legitimate charges were mistakenly flagged. Had anyone contacted me, I would have paid immediately. Instead, I was treated like a criminal and told not to visit any location. I left humiliated. I contacted my credit card company, and I confirmed the charges were mine and they are being reinstated. I was publicly shamed and disrespected, I will NEVER return. This entire situation could have been avoided with a simple phone call. Instead, they chose to punish the victim very rudely I might add!

I had my lashes literally clumped together on both set of lashes and she didn't even brush them through. I was busy running around so didn't think anything of it until nighttime when I realized. The next morning I would blink and my lashes would hurt so I decided to keep an eye on them. Next day I wake up with my eyelids extra swollen from the glue sticking my lashes together. I called the salon manager and she said I can apply hot mist over my face to get the adhesive off and if that didn't work I can come in to get them removed. From there their experienced lash tech would advise on whether to let my eyelids breath or if they would just fix the issue depending on how irritated they were. Luckly i was able to get them all off at home. Not only did I lose a shit ton of my lashes but my eyelids hurt. Fast forward I go to the appointment we had made and The girl who did them was super sweet. Def knew alot more, however by the 3rd day I had no lashes they all literally fell off. I had flown to California so I wasn't able to call this salon to advise, fast forward 6 days later I call and the manager doesn't understand what happened. Moral of the story they can't give me another "free" set of lashes. Ladies, pls save yourself the money And go elsewhere....this salon is not the one for lashes AT ALL.
