This is my 3rd live scan in the span of 7 months, so I can confidently say I am most happy with this experience! Communication was very clear and easy between myself and Mark. Prices are beyond reasonable, I'd say they could easily charge more. I booked a mobile service and Mark was punctual, kind, even willing to entertain my two toddlers by allowing them to see their fingerprints! The process was easy, fast (my last two scans took at least 15 minutes per person, Mark took about 5 minutes if even that), and simple! My house was a bit out of his radius so he charged for the extra gas and what I thought was very little in comparison to his time. Book this company with confidence in a pleasant experience. Great experience here. I needed to get my live scan done for the state and Greg was so helpful. I walked in and was immediately greeted. I had a few questions on my form that he was so quick to answer. It probably took me about 5-10 minutes for the entire process. Parking was easy. There are spots out front -just read the signs to be sure it's not reserved. The building is very easy to navigate so it's no problem finding the suite number. Mark was great! He is highly professional, skilled at what he does and reliable. My daughter needed fingerprints for a student visa and we went to the post office initially but they were unable to get satisfactory prints even after an hour of trying. Mark met with us with his mobile equipment and was able to get the fingerprints in 15 minutes using a few tricks. He also followed up with us to make sure we had the right forms. I rarely leave reviews but the owner, Gregory Harris, was AMAZING. They take walk ins and the fingerprint live scan took me less than 15 mins. I was having a horrible day looking for a place to get my live scan done and Live Scan North Orange County made my day better. The California live scan website did not give accurate data as to which stores are still open for live scan services. I went to three places (that were suggested on the california live scan website) before finding his place! He was so incredibly kind, the best customer service and efficiency I have ever experienced. I was in and out of Greg's office in less than 30 minutes and only because he had another customer ahead of me. His fees are very reasonable and worth every penny. ​ NOTE: I did have an ​appointment with my local sheriff's office which I canceled​ as they only provide the live scan service once a week because volunteers perform the service and just accepted exact cash payment. It was not worth the long wait, appointment required, the​ risk of having volunteers roll my prints, and the inconvenience​ of having to pay precisely in cash. read more
