April, sincerely sweet and extremely helpful, was able to sit in on one of her private Thai yoga massages and just watching it made me feel relaxed and untangled. I'm doing this next time I come up!! I waited on a rmt who was kind enough to come in on his day off to help me. And I know your thinking how I need help when I'm getting hampered. I had a cramped shoulder muscle and a stiff neck all on the right side of my body that needed 911 assistant. JOEY came to the rescue. You cannot get any results without being put in a room with strangers and be told about "what your results will mean." I should not have to do this in a public session. I have NEVER experienced this with a Chiropractor. Normally you have your first assessment, get a plan, and start adjustments. Not only that, Dr. Cook asks for TIPS. I have never heard of having to give a medical professional monetary tips. This is just wrong. Please, save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

Although busy, busier than I remember, I was efficiently directed to radiology by the volunteers at information. In Radiology I was quickly processed, barely got to find my reading glasses before my name was called.
