I was going here for well over 2 years and it was always a difficult task to get in and to make appointments ahead of time for the week. You have to make them two or three weeks ahead of time and I don't always know my schedule ahead of time. Saturday mornings worked best for me and he wouldn't give me those timeslots as I wasn't a "new customer". He saved those for the new customers. He kept my money also. I used to like coming there until it felt disrespectful of my time and a little bit creepy. A lot of arrogance with him and his scheduling and he is not accommodating to existing customers, and he certainly is not good at Customer Service. I absolutely would not give this person your money and I would run as fast as I can. Slimgivity is a great concept, you can find other areas in the cities that will accommodate the Red Light Therapy with the wrapping of your body the targets difficult spots that hold fat. I haven't been for a few years. I can finally write a review that is true and justified. Eric blocked me from all social media initially and immediately as he knew I was going to write a review. He still owes me $110 as he wouldn't reimburse me when I could not get in for appointments. I had pretty much had it with him and his lack of customer service and I told him exactly that. He would not give me my money back. Run as fast as you can from this business. He doesn't deserve your time or money.

As compared to other Herbalife shops, this one has huge windows allowing for natural sunlight and tons and tons of gorgeous indoor plants. I felt like I had stepped into Como Zoo's conservatory. Like other shops, the menu has hundreds of flavors to choose from and the typical shakes and teas. I'm pleased to announce this location also has the protein coffee shakes as well. Additionally, Incredible Nutrition 4 U has a medium sized carpeted gym where they host cardio drumming classes. The schedule is posted on their FB or you could swing by and get a printed schedule. I loved the lady who was working. She didn't try to sell me on Herbalife or make me a member which I appreciated. It would have meant more to me if they were just honest and said yes, that can sometimes happen, but instead of taking responsibility, they tried to pass it off as something else. Overall, it's a nice spa and the diamond package is great if you're looking for Botox every three months and monthly skin rejuvenation. I just decided in the end that I would like to save my money for more invasive and aggressive procedures like Co2 lasers which end up costing less than a yearly Medspa membership for mediocre skin procedures (facials, chemical peels, microneedling). The owner and majority of the staff are wonderful though and I would return if I were looking for more low key maintenance skincare.

Everything about this place is outdated and I think it's to save costs since it's located in the Southdale Center in Edina. I just imagine that the rent is expensive. When you first enter, you are seated at an outdated computer to answer questions about your diet and exercise habits within the last 7 days. After you complete this questionnaire, you chat with a dietician and she weighs you, takes your blood pressure, and pulse rate. Then the dietitian will offer advice based on your needs and challenges. It's all pretty generic and sometimes can make one feel as if this is a sketchy service being provided. After speaking with the dietitian, then each patient speaks with the doctor and he will prescribe you a month's supply of phentermine and schedule your follow-up appointment. The entire appointment takes less than 30 minutes and a months supply of medicine will run you under $100. This office does not accept credit cards; cash or check only. In addition, they do not accept insurance and the service is by appointment only, however, I am sure they will not turn away any walk-ins. The office is located on the first floor of the building and has plenty of free parking spaces in the private lot. There are also spaces reserved for 2-hour parking.

I did the adult ED IOP for a few months, saw an therapist and dietitian, and even saw a medication management provider. I LOVED my therapist and dietitian. They were such great fits for me, which I was not expecting because I have been through so many providers historically that were not great fits. However, after one year, everything changed. My therapist was randomly dropped off the face of the earth, and out of nowhere I got a phone call saying "sorry your therapist doesn't work here anymore." Then, I was assigned another random therapist who just happen to have an opening. Shortly after, several other providers also dropped off the face of the earth at waters edge... and out of nowhere patients were all without providers. Patients who already have trust issues, were given no closure with the provider they had built trust with, when the owner of waters edge could have at least allowed providers to explain they would no longer be working for waters edge. That aside, I also was really frustrated with the financial department. I am so blessed with great health insurance. Therefore, I only had a $20.00 copayments each visit. I was pretty good about making my copayments at the time of service. However, there were a few weeks I would forget- sometimes even a couple weeks in a row. And, at one point, I had $40.00 outstanding (two copayments), and Kristy called me several times to threaten "placing my account on hold, which meant cancelling my current standing appointments and not allowing me to be seen, until the balance was paid in full." It was $40.00!!!!! TWO VISITS! I simply forgot... and, I explained this to Kristy. Therefore, I was so frustrated that she would call me more than once, and over such a small amount of money. I feel guilty posting negative things, because as I explained- when I was seeing my original providers, everything was great! I sung praises about waters edge and was more than willing to make the commute to Burnsville. However, things dramatically changed over the last few months I was a client there.
