Everything about this place is outdated and I think it's to save costs since it's located in the Southdale Center in Edina. I just imagine that the rent is expensive. When you first enter, you are seated at an outdated computer to answer questions about your diet and exercise habits within the last 7 days. After you complete this questionnaire, you chat with a dietician and she weighs you, takes your blood pressure, and pulse rate. Then the dietitian will offer advice based on your needs and challenges. It's all pretty generic and sometimes can make one feel as if this is a sketchy service being provided. After speaking with the dietitian, then each patient speaks with the doctor and he will prescribe you a month's supply of phentermine and schedule your follow-up appointment. The entire appointment takes less than 30 minutes and a months supply of medicine will run you under $100. This office does not accept credit cards; cash or check only. In addition, they do not accept insurance and the service is by appointment only, however, I am sure they will not turn away any walk-ins. The office is located on the first floor of the building and has plenty of free parking spaces in the private lot. There are also spaces reserved for 2-hour parking.

Like other shops, the menu has hundreds of flavors to choose from and the typical shakes and teas. I'm pleased to announce this location also has the protein coffee shakes as well. Additionally, Incredible Nutrition 4 U has a medium sized carpeted gym where they host cardio drumming classes. The schedule is posted on their FB or you could swing by and get a printed schedule. I loved the lady who was working. She didn't try to sell me on Herbalife or make me a member which I appreciated. I brought this up to my injector, and they tried to say it was from dust mites... this was back in October, and it's now April and the Botox is clearly worn off at this point and so is the eye twitching. It would have meant more to me if they were just honest and said yes, that can sometimes happen, but instead of taking responsibility, they tried to pass it off as something else. Overall, it's a nice spa and the diamond package is great if you're looking for Botox every three months and monthly skin rejuvenation. I just decided in the end that I would like to save my money for more invasive and aggressive procedures like Co2 lasers which end up costing less than a yearly Medspa membership for mediocre skin procedures (facials, chemical peels, microneedling). The owner and majority of the staff are wonderful though and I would return if I were looking for more low key maintenance skincare.

I appreciate that she listens to me...as in when we're doing exercises that I tell her where I'm feeling the pull/strain and what I feel exerting me. Today was a two week follow up, she requested that we set up another two week follow up. She was gracious w the comment: if you feel like you're good and we can meet later, call in and change the appointment! So when I made the follow up upon leaving the receptionist tried to set several two week follow ups up as Dr Dolan's calendar is filling up. I said: no, let's see if I'm back in two weeks or when then we can go from there. The two receptionists I have dealt with have also been very friendly. Today I was very appreciative that my therapist applied some new to me Kinesiology tape to the inside of my right knee, where I told her I was having some pain! Or as I refer to it... Magic Tape! She also was very informative that: cheaper brands will work, but for not as long so go with the name brand as it will last longer. I am appreciative that when she was completing a list of exercises to start doing @ home she asked five or seven? She valued my input for what I thought. Thanks!
