I enjoyed about 20 minutes in the waiting area with a sparkling water, Oreo and some mixed nuts before heading to my massage. My massage therapist was WONDERFUL!! I had a 50 minute deep tissue massage and I wish I would have booked longer. It was sooooo relaxing! The table was heated, so that felt nice! I am 240lbs and 5'7 and fit on the table fine. I also had a 2x robe and it also fit perfectly! Definitely plus size friendly! After my massage I waited in the lobby area a little longer to enjoy my relaxation and then headed to the women's locker room to change. There is a shower if you prefer to not go home with lotion on you. When you go to leave, they will hold the door open for you and I feel like that is a very nice touch! I will absolutely be back!

She has the magic touch! I don't know what she does but her waxes are definitely less painful than other specialists I have seen. She always cleans up my eyebrows without making them too thin, which is exactly what I like. I asked her specifically twice if I had to sign a contract for a certain time period, she said no, so I signed up. I came in for a few more appointments. The first massage therapist I had that I liked quit, the second one I liked also eventually quit. After two months the whole front receptionist area had new people. This is a red flag when turnover is high. After my first appointment I noticed that 1 hour massages were actually 40 minutes, and 90 minutes were 65. They give you 10 + minutes to undress, and get dressed. So my first visit was all a scam. I did a facial once, it sucked. Then the girl at the end tried to sell me on a bunch of creams and lotions saying what I used now isn't good even though she never asked what products I used. Eventually I asked to cancel my membership. Surprise! They told me I had a one year contract. When I said I asked specifically about this and the MANAGER said there wasn't one, the little shit at the front counter offered to show me the contract and read the fine print to me. Well, the manager I was told was no longer with the company because of issues "like this." The idiot kid on the phone also refused to let me speak to his current manager. He said she would tell me the same thing. I finally got him to give me the corporate number. I called there and left several messages, nothing. I started responding to the numerous emails I received from them, each time stating the service issues. Finally it reached the current manager. She called me back and cancelled the membership. I had a couple more massages I already paid for so I had to come finish those out. The rude receptionist guy was no longer with the company as far as I could tell on my last visits. Even though the manager cancelled my membership, I was charged again after my cancellation month. I had to call back again. This place is a mess. It's not worth the money, and the service is awful. Don't come here.
