Specialties
I help women who've had surgery (and/or developed CRPS) heal holistically so they can get back to the things they loved prior to the injury!
Besides helping with recovery after accident or surgery, I teach yoga, facilitate qigong, and provide reiki at the Living Sublimely Well Yoga Studio.
History
Established in 2011.
At 6:38 AM, I flew over the handlebars and crashed to the ground, my bike pinning me under it.
I fractured my elbow, required surgery, and developed complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS).
As a certified holistic nurse and yoga instructor, I help people who've had surgery achieve greater range of motion so they can get back to doing the things they loved prior to their accident.
Specialty areas: people recovering from surgery, people diagnosed with CRPS, beginner yoga, and/or gentle yoga.
I partner with occupational therapists referring surgery patients to holistic care or providers who treat surgery or CRPS.
