This go around, he assisted us with a solution for some rotting wood that supports our central/interior AC unit. He built an additional support to reinforce the area that the ac unit sits on which saved us a ton of money as we didn't need an ac company to come out and remove the entire unit in order for the rotting wood to be replaced. I should have known from the start when I presented Jeff with the security deposit of $2,000 that he said he was not going to cash the check until I ga e him the green light. He wanted to hold onto it since I was leaving TDY in a few days so that if I decided we would go with him while I was TDY he would then cash it. WRONG....Jeff cashed the check that same day.
