The next day I received a call…read morefrom the service department, and they explained in order for me to get on their schedule I'd have to pay a deposit of $329. Although it seems like a lot of money, I understand the reasons behind collecting a deposit (customers unexpectedly cancelling appointments, technician time to travel and diagnose issues, etc.). I paid the deposit and we confirmed the next available appointment was 3/20/25. On 3/14/25 I got an email (no phone call) telling me "Due to unforeseen circumstances we will not be able to complete your spa service on 3/20/25. Instead, we will be there 3/25/25". I was so frustrated and disappointed they had picked a new date without discussing it with me and that it was 5 days later. I discussed the issue with the service department, they apologized and said that was the earliest date. There was nothing more they could do. On 3/25/25, the day of my appointment, I get a voice message that said they needed to cancel the appointment and reschedule for 3/26/25. Because I have a fenced in yard with dogs I took the day off of work to be here. I'm beyond frustrated with NE Spas. Conveniently they took my money in less than 24hours but they have no problem rescheduling my appointments for 16 days. By the way their policy is no monetary refunds just store credit. So that's not even an option. I feel trapped because they have my money and left me no other option but to accept their dates.

We previously used a large pool cleaning company and we had to regularly run our pool robot. This past summer, our pool robot was basically on vacation. We only used it to pick up a couple of leaves stuck at the deep end of our pool. Also, with the previous large pool company, we had different people come by each week but with 413 pools, Derek and Steve were the only ones who came by. They were good with communication, showed up when they were supposed to, always very friendly and answered any of my pool questions. What was also great about 413 pools is that we were not stuck with a weekly cleaning contract for the summer (this can be a problem if your pool ever needs unexpected repairs/liner tear)! If we didn't want a cleaning bc we were away, we could have just skipped a week. They also did our opening and closing. I just started getting filter sand in the pool and a quick online search pointed to parts inside the filter but I could not find the the part numbers online. I went to the store and after a little looking up on google and them calling someone, they told me they didn't know the part number so I gave them a part number that Namco gave me ( Namco was not sure if it was the right one and told me to go to leslies the jacuzzi filter dealership to verify) I was told they could not verify the part number, I asked if someone could look it up I was told "That's NOT OUR PROBLEM WE ARE NOT JACUZZI find it yourself. when I questioned that, I was told to get the hell out or I'm calling the police, at this point a male employee came around the counter and got right into my face, 2 more employee started yelling at me and calling me an ugly old man and other things all the while the male kept getting closer and closer being physically threatening, The person I believe was in charge had to grab him and pull him away but he went around her and he and along with 3 other people followed me out while insulting me They followed me out to my car 4 of them yelling and insulting me taking pictures of my car. I was about to call the police when the person who I think was in charge finally was able to get them to leave me alone and get back in the store. I'm a 62 year old disabled man, who just wanted a part for a filter I bought there. Shop at your own risk I advise to AVOID THIS LESLIES until they hire and advertise new management. There is a Namco in the strip mall behind the store and they have always been helpful.
