First time Spa buyer. Frustrated that getting good info for research on this major purchase online was worthless. No reviews, prices all over the place, "too good to be true" promises and no service was making this important purchase more confusing than it was helpful. A good friend suggested I visit New England Spas in Auburn, where they bought their Spa. There I met Dave P. and Denise. Both were extremely helpful!! They answered all of my questions, offered suggestions, listened to my concerns and have helped this Spa owner "newbie" feel very comfortable all along the way. We were able to try our Spa before purchase, learn how to use the controls and have some idea on what we were getting ourselves into. There was no pressure and a refundable deposit gave us plenty of time to "sleep on" our decision for this purchase. We were promptly notified when our Spa arrived at the warehouse and we were given plenty of time to arrange delivery and final payment based on OUR schedule. This was important since were in the middle of a deck renovation that was still not completed. When ready, delivery was scheduled and it arrived just as promised. The delivery team of Rory, Andrew and Matt were fantastic! Everything was set up quickly and I was given instructions to get me started immediately. After a little less than a week, I took my water sample along with my list of a hundred questions up to see Dave P. for recommendations. I was given a thorough explanation of what I needed, what I didn't need and what to do if I ran into any other concerns, which was to call them or email Dave P. directly at any time. This is the exact service that I needed! Granted, we have only had our Spa a few weeks now but we are loving it!! Much of that comes with having a company like New England Spas there to help us. One of the things I did learn in my research was to make sure you buy your Spa from a company that has been around for a while, can answer all of your questions and can service your Spa if you have an issue. With that in mind, I highly recommend New England Spas and their entire team. I like to do business with professionals who know what they are talking about. I was given a 15 year old Hot Spring Spa "Landmark" about 5 years ago from a good friend.My wife and I have enjoyed it for 5 more years...From a design and engineering aspect, Hot Spring Spas are built to last and go the distance, Period. Again we were blessed to have someone close to us want to purchase for us a New Spa. With out a 2nd thought, it was going to be a Hot Spring Spa unit. Now we had to choose the right size Spa at the right price from a good dealer. We had several dealers to choose from, but in the end it came down to one..New England Spas. The attention we recieved from the intial contact right through the sales and delivary was 2nd to none. Period. We were able to visit one of their stores and was given as much time as we needed in reviewing the differant Spa's as well as all the various features. Their many years of experience they were willing to share openly was priceless. Our salesperson was Denise Orwt, experienced - warm - down to earth and extremly knowledgable of the product. Sandy Ethier walked us through the "test drive" of the tub and was very helpful in sharing her years of knowledge as well. In this time of "disposal-throw away-never meets your expectations" with products you purchase or service that is rendered..It was good for the soul to know that there still are a few companies that make good stuff in the U.S.A. and there are good dealer's of the good stuff still out there... My wife and I purchased a Sundance optima from Denise and Dan the one we wanted was not in stock but we were in no rush so ordered the tub . We ordered it with the Bluetooth radio and although pricey well worth it . After leaving the showroom I went online and realized that wifi was an option on my tub but the Sundance site said it was standard after back and forth with Dan and Denise They called Sundance to settle the confusion finally Dan and Denise got Sundance to honor the mistake online and I got the wifi added at no additional cost ( Sundance has since fixed the site ) THANK YOU GUYS!!! Then the delivery day Bruce and His men were very professional and moved this tub close to 1000 lbs around the back of my house to the resting spot like it was a feather installed everything and removed old tub in small order and gave me a crash course on start up chemicals and was out of there A BIG thank you Bruce and company !! Thanks to Ellen, at NE Spas and her wonderful technician, Isaiah, my non-functioning hot tub was up and running within 24 hours of my request for help. Ellen talked me through all troubleshooting scenarios first, followed by an email with step by step procedures for repair on my 5 year young hot tub which had been problem free. When all else failed, Ellen sent Isaiah out to my home; Isaiah quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. Both Ellen and Isaiah were extremely polite and demonstrated genuine concern for my dilemma, as I was having guests over the next several days who would enjoy using my hot tub. My husband and I just moved from Illinois to Massachusetts. My wife and I ordered a 5x7 sauna kit from New England Spas. First we built an attractive base for it using stone pavers. Then the kit arrived. I couldn't believe how fast it went together. We assembled everything but the trim molding in less than a day. It is a very well designed kit with a minimum of parts because everything is pre-assembled into manageable sections. I had one question about the electrical hook-up in advance of the kit arriving and this was promptly answered when I called tech support. The interior and exterior look great and it heats up fast. It is very relaxing and it is a really nice addition to our backyard. The process of ordering this sauna was as nice as when we ordered our hot tub. The sales person Denise Orwat is passionate about the products they carry and her enthusiasm is infectious. She is also a very funny person and her e-mail exchanges would crack me up. read more

We have had an excellent experience with NE spas and will be recommending their services to friends and family. As soon as I walked into their showroom, Denise made me feel right at ease and was very knowledgeable about spa options. She was wonderful about emailing/calling back promptly weekdays and weekends. We had our pad installed and the delivery of our spa from Jay and crew who listened to all of our requests. Brian came to our house for prewiring and wired our tub. He is such a nice and dependable guy and ended up spending three hours on a Friday night to ensure all wiring was in place. When we had a glitch in our system, the technician Jay came out the next workday and had everything fixed. I recently bought a Jetsetter Hot Springs Spa from the New England Spas in Auburn, Ma. Not knowing a lot about spas except what my son had told me (who is a spar technician in Washington State) I was a little naive and knew very little. I contacted Denise at the store and she was not only helpful she worked with me on every detail and gave me a very good price. Even after the quote and I wanted to change this and that she did all that she could to please me. I recently had my hot tub serviced by New England Spas, Natick MA and Isaiah the technician that came out was absolutely top rate. He was very personable and customer-service oriented. Isahiah explained the diagnostic procedures that he was going to do to determine the root cause of the hot tub lines freezing. He then installed a heater to run for several days to defrost the lines, replaced the existing heater which had frozen and got the tub running again. He explained next steps to complete the repair and returned a week later after the tub lines had thawed and replaced one of the motors so the water could circulate. Recentl bought a hot springs flair hot tub from Joe Heyman. Joe was super helpful with us in picking out the right hot tub for us. After shopping and other local spa dealers we may New England spa our choice largely based on the product they sell and the phenomenal salesman Joe that helped us through the entire process. The same exact spa at teddy bear pools was $2000 more and the salesman was not as helpful. During installation of the hot tub there was a question on a Sunday in my electrician was able to talk to Joe on his cell phone to help answer the question. It has been in for about three weeks and we are all enjoying it. There is no other choice when buying a spa. Ask for Joe !!!! read more

I have had nothing but a delightful experience with the folks from New England Spa. My wife and I recently purchased one of the several fine models and have been in heaven ever since. Even when we go back to get the all the refills and chemicals to keep it up and running, Sandy is always there to help us figure out what would be best for us. She is always so helpful.
