Staff and Chiropractor are all very nice and informative. Unfortunately it was just not a great chiropractic experience for me. I left very disappointed and with no considerable improvement. It really just boils down to her style of chiropractic care. She's very light, and does not prefer to use some styles of adjustment. I have a constant dull pain in my right hip that is 24/7 and has been for many years. I've been to other Chiropractors but I wanted to try this place out because they said she also worked with TMJD. I did tell her about the adjustments I've had in the past and what worked for me. Unfortunately she just does not practice those methods. Most chiropractors I've been to adjust my hip with me on my side and it always helps a lot. It's a deep release. She opted to adjust this with me on my stomach and a slight rotation while pushing down. I just left still in pain and completely unsatisfied. Whenever I've had chiropractic work don't they usually run through a variety of common problems and you get that satisfying pop/release and leave feeling great. Again it's just a style preference. I think if you're in excruciating pain or afraid of typical chiropractors popping everything she may be a good fit. She seems to really know her stuff she just has a more holistic approach that unfortunately did not yield results for me and I feel using her methods it would take far too long to feel relief. I did let her know I was dissatisfied at the appointment as well. Just left feeling like I threw away $113 bucks. Most chiropractors first visits are more expensive than the recurring visits, so I was really hoping it would work out as I now need to go do the same thing somewhere else. Just feels like I'm paying for it twice. read more

I've been going here for months on and off and it's helped me quite a bit. Dr. Cheryle is gentle and does not force an adjustment. If you've always been afraid of chiropractic care, this is the place to go. Going once a month is best for me. Getting a massage from Darla before my adjustment helps too. Just visiting Vegas for literally 3 days and have had a raging headache (to the point of tears) for about 4 days. A cheaply massage had provided temp relief, but after about 6 hours it came back. I knew I needed to be adjusted. Dr. Pettigrew no joke saved me. She cracked my back like an accordion (my favorite move from my childhood chiropractic care, which I have never found again until Dr P) and a few moves on my neck. Dr. Cheryle is fantastic! I have issues with my lower back, neck, pelvis/hips, and legs. Every visit, she quickly assesses the cause of my discomfort and gets rid of it. She is professional, immensely knowledgable, kind, patient, and I always leave her office feeling better than when I came in. She is very flexible with appointments and has been able to see me when I'm in pain, whereas many other chiropractors have made me wait days before helping me. I highly recommend seeing her for issues with pain, numbness, tightness and inflexibility, but she is well-versed in other areas of health as well, like preventative care and natural medicine. read more

Referred a client from the Strip and the doctor took the guest in right away, same day! Often times guests need an adjustment ASAP and most don't open till after 10am which seems odd. So many requests come in between 8-10 am in Vegas. Guest was very happy with the adjustment. read more

Dr. Pettigrew is a miracle worker! When I came to see her I was an absolute mess-- 38 weeks pregnant with a pelvis that was totally out of whack and excruciatingly painful, and a stress fracture on my foot. I was on crutches and panicking 1) because I was about to have a baby 2) because I had two other small children at home and 3) because every second of my days was filled with pain. No lie, after 1 visit my pain was significantly better. After 2 visits I was walking around without crutches, feeling soooo much better! Dr. Cheryle Pettigrew has been my Chiropracrtor for over 4 years. When I first went to her, I was using a cane because I was in so much pain. My foot hurt, I had nerve pain and I was dragging my leg. She adjusted my foot as there were bones that were misaligned and amazingly enough I waked out pain free for the first time in months! I go to her on a monthly basis for body maintenance and I feel confident that I am in good hands on every visit. I called her office for an appointment last week, told the receptionist my Medical Insurance is through work and "OK, when would you like to come in?" was the response. Was also asked to fill out the paperwork found online beforehand, which I did...several pages of the crap. Got there for my appointment this morning and was greeted pleasantly enough...more paperwork to fill out...then the woman ("Dr.") came out and had me go back to a private room, spent several minutes talking before she "dropped the hammer on me"...SHE DOESN'T TAKE INSURANCE! What? Then why the hell am I here?! Then she tries to "sell" me on paying out of pocket for her services. LOL, yea right. Wasted my freakin time! Really? You're misleading people to come in to your office to try to "sell" people on paying for your treatment out-of-pocket, over and above the hundreds of dollars spent for insurance coverage? How's that working out for you? Apparently, so hard up for business that she is resorting to these LOW-LIFE, USED CAR LOT MENTALITY, BAIT AND SWITCH tactics for her profits. Dr Cheryl is the best! My husband was hurt on the job and the work comp Dr only wanted to give him an RX and send him back to work. Dr Cheryl was able to start working with him right away and within a few visits his pain was manageable without any medication. He has been seeing her regularly for the last few months and is doing so much better. My wife and I went to see him and he zoned right in on all of our health issues and treated them with adjustments, supplements, kinesiology, and cold laser therapy. We both walked out feeling great. This is the most unprofessional doctor's office I have ever been to. They called me after receiving a referral from my insurance company. First clue was when I asked when could come in. Was told anytime today. When I went in, you couldn't identify the staff from the patients. Spent 10 minutes filling out forms. As soon as the receptionist took the forms she asked for the co-pay. Was taken back by a woman I later found out was Dr. Pettigrew. She never introduced herself. She directed me to an exam room. Next a man came in with my file and asked what I was there for.. Again, never identified himself. According to their website, there is only one doctor. I have no idea who he was. I asked if he even bothered to read my file. Never got an answer. Told him where the pain was and he proceeded to do 3 very painful manipulations. I complained about the pain, but never got an acknowledgement. Said he'd see me in a week. I've cancelled that appointment. I've been going to chiropractors for 15 years and never experienced any treatment like this. They never used ice or hot packs or electrical stimulation. read more
