I hurt my neck in August and the pain had gotten so bad that a co-worker recommended West Charleston Chiropractic, they got me in right away and the staff is so nice and friendly and very efficient, Dr Hanson cane in and was so kind and took the time to listen to my problem and explained everything to me. This place is amazing! I had back pain that my regular doctor couldn't treat and recommended I come here and see the chiropractor. My symptoms were horrible before going in. I had constant headaches and dizziness everyday for 3 weeks, a huge knot in my back that had been there for years, and a ton of pressure at the base of my skull. I needed help from family just to do daily activities because the pain was almost unbearable. I'm only 2 treatments in and I feel so much better! The day after my first appt my headaches and dizziness were drastically reduced. The knot has gone down and the back pain is manageable now. The staff is all very friendly. The doc is amazing! I came in with beyond mid back pain and couldn't locate a decent Chiropractor and I remembered coming here years ago and Dr. Hansen aligned my back back up. This time around I have to say I 100% and above would highly suggest and recommend all to go to him and personally experience the professionalism the staff and Doctor gives to his patients. When I came in I filled out some basic paperwork and questionnaire then within literally 5 minutes or less of being done filling out the paperwork, I was brought back and had my blood pressure taken and had some basic questions asked of me answered. The insane part is they have this electrode machine as I call the electric shock wave lol or taser taser taser, but it's not a taser, it sent shock waves over my back and tickled my sides and belly. I felt pain, but I asked for the high intense mode cause I was told it would be better for my back, but if I couldn't take the pain they could lower it, I said no lol. Once the machine was done with my back the doctor came in and remembered me from years back and I told him what I did and from there he realigned my back to where it should be. I swear by this, because I walked in in major pain and walked out feeling way way way less pain in my back and felt almost as good as new. I still feel slight pain, but again this was in a days visit, so I believe one or two more visits I'll be good to go and just come maybe every few months cause my profession causes these problems sometimes. The office staff are very professional and respectful, the doctor himself is honestly very professional and answers all questions and concerns. Love this place I am glad they never left or went out of business. A quick side note, it's truly obvious why this place never will in my opinion go out of business and that stems from how they treat you and care. Recently, I started to have severe pain on my lower body throughout my legs. Being that this is the first time I endure this type of pain, I searched online for the best options to reduce my pain. I searched places nearby and decided to call the office, Chiropractic Kipling. As soon as I called the woman (which I did not get a name from) that answered seemed "snappy". I proceeded to ask normal questions that a client (who clearly doesn't know about their treatments) would ask. The receptionist would repeat my question in an irratible tone and answer it with a condescending tone. (Clearly, trying to make me feel like an idiot because I didn't know the treatments, procedures, etc) Throughout the conversation she was extremely condescending, snappy, just plain rude!!!!! I got so annoyed that I just thanked her and hung up. I like to think that if you work in a specific field it's because you have knowledge that others do not have, so if someone inquires about your services, it's clearly because they dont have the knowledge that you have.
