My only regret when it comes to LivSmooth is not going to them sooner for hair removal. As someone who spent a tremendous amount of time and effort on monthly waxing procedures, the switch to laser hair removal has been wonderful! I have seen great results after only a few treatments and their pricing plan of pay once and then get a lifetime of service is great for being worried about future touchups. No longer having to spend the time shaving or growing out hair for waxing is wonderful. Additionally, the laser they use is legitimately painless! I don't know the science behind it but the nice thing about LivSmooth is you don't have to sit there feeling the "snap of rubber bands on your skin" which is how other places describe the treatment. While the initial upfront cost of paying for the lifetime of treatments made me hesitate, the fact that I am getting safe, painless, and permanent, reduction that I can do for the rest of my life makes this one of the best investments in myself I've ever made. I had the pleasure of trying LivSmooth for laser hair removal on my underarms and lower legs, and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed! I could not believe that it is truly pain-free, and works! I have sensitive skin, and low pain tolerance so I tend to stay away from even procedures like threading, but this experience has been completely painless and comfortable. I was born with hair in random places on my shoulders and back. Legend has it God ran out of human parts building me and had to use bits of other creatures. As a kid, I knew about laser removal and figured the concept of burning your hair follicles so they never grow back was pretty simple. Who needs lasers right? I can just sit out in the sun and burn the crap out of them naturally. No luck (obviously. But hey, it was genius in theory). Then we tried to chemical method which was even dumber than the sun method. What a stupid idea this is, it accomplishes the same thing as a razor but takes longer and you have 10x the razor burn? What a joke. So finally I accepted my loss and with my tail between my legs, stumbled upon this lovely place. Quick and easy. I've waited in line at chik Fila longer for less. I purchased a laser hair removal package from LivSmooth, LLC, Oviedo, FL location, in August 2024. I paid in full for what was advertised and explained as unlimited lifetime treatments. The salesperson handling my sale was Angelica Carpio. After beginning treatment, I received a version of the contract that did not reflect the original agreement--it limited services to eight (8) treatments per area, contrary to what I was promised. The date on that contract didn't match my treatment timeline; I had already completed two sessions by the date listed. I also received invoices with differing dates, further highlighting discrepancies. I sent a formal demand letter asking for a resolution, but received none. I have since filed a small claims case seeking a refund of the amount paid. Notably, as of June 2025, reports show the LivSmooth Oviedo location has closed, and the LLC may be in transition. read more

The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming! They always seem happy to see you come in! the office is very nice as well. Peacefully decorated, with snacks and a small fridge with drinks while you wait. But I have never had to really wait long enough to need anything. The consultation was so seamless and easy. The process and the machine is very thoroughly explained, and I had my treatment plan set up quickly. They accept Care Credit and have payment plan options as well. I have been going for a couple of months now and I am amazed by the results already! The process is totally pain free! No dreaded "rubber band snap" feeling, it is cool to the touch, and the treatment is very comfortable! My results so far, have really blown me away, too! I am just blown away with how painless and easy this whole process is. I seriously did not believe it when they said there would be no pain during this process. I had laser hair removal once before and never went back for follow up appointments because it hurt too much. This has absolutely no pain what so ever. I have always been self-conscious of my underarm and bikini areas. I used to have to shave every day and when I used razors, they would always give me bumps no matter I did.
