Now that I've been a customer here for awhile, I thought that I should update my review. My service requests are still the same: a combination of waxing and pedicure with the very rare manicure. This is the first and only place that I've been to that offers you a glass of wine during your pedicure. I continue to receive consistent and great service from Ms. Hannah - she has a good sense of humor. Its always a pleasure to chat with her while I'm there. Whether, I make an appointment or come as a walk in, I usually don't have to wait long. If she will be awhile, she lets me know and then I return at a less busy time. I still think that the prices are fair/reasonable, that decor is nice (they switch it up to match the seasons/holidays) and the facilities are always clean. read more

Upon walking in, I was immediately greeted even though they were closing soon. The nail tech was extremely nice and so quick. She did an excellent job removing my previous gel and replacing it with a new gel manicure. She was super patient while I took forever to choose colors. Price was $25 for the gel manicure and they didn't charge for gel color removal, which I highly appreciate. The polish lasted longer than from the previous place in Orlando that I went to. Also, the nail tech fixed a broken nail of mine without charging extra for that either! Overall, quick and friendly service. Awesome gel manicure. And the price was great. My daughter purchased a $40 gift certificate for me for Christmas. She looked at the menu for pedicures and wanted me to have one of the higher end services. we went in together tonight around 6pm. The place was empty and we were seated right away. We were never offered a 'menu' asking what service we wanted. My daughter's tech was excellent. I believe she is one of the owners. My tech on the other hand seemed to have zero interest in doing her job. When she was filling up the foot bath, the water was ice cold and I kept repeating that. She did nothing until the tub was almost full and then suddenly luke warm water started but it never warmed the tub. My daughter had the opposite experience. My tech didn't even perform 'basic' pedi procedures. I would advise you to run as far away as possible from this place. read more

Do not waste your time and money here. I have been coming here for too long and today I was dumbfounded with how I was treated. The manager/owner does not care how her patrons are spoken to, and Tina is one of the most unprofessional and rudest technicians I have ever met. I have been coming to HER specifically for a year now and she was great at first but recently my nails have been too thin. On my last visit she was occupied with phone calls and online shopping....she forgot to do designs on my nails because her phone was more important. I let her slide that time because everyone deserves another chance. I didn't even want her today but the manager insisted I had her. Today, she was 30 minutes late, no exaggeration, I do the same dip manicure every time, all I asked was for her to make them not so thin, and she was immediately defensive, said she has been doing this for many years and she cannot help me. She can't change a thing to her work ethic, and that IT WAS MY FAULT THAT MY NAILS WERE FALING APART!!! She kept cutting me off and wouldn't let me finish talking, I couldn't believe it! I would've walked out of there but I desperately needed someone to fix the manicure she previously gave me. She was embarrassing me and the manager did not care how she was speaking to me. So I said forget it, just give me a clear coat and I'm out of here. Then she's calling me honey constantly, finally being gentle, asking if I want a pink coat, no! (Visited on 9/26/14) I loved this place, we went in there (4 ladies) at 7:30PM and their closing time is 8PM . They have lots of pedicure seats, which were very comfortable . They finished up at 8:45pm! Great timing for giving 4 ladies pedicures and 2 gel manicures + regular mani. My nails & toes were beautiful & they took their time thoroughly . They're very clean & sanitary, use sterilized tools (new package). They even offer complimentary beverages, including different types of wine. With free wifi powered by Bright House. I wasn't sure until my last visit when the elderly woman walked pass me and called me a derogatory name and the technician doing my feet at that time laughed. Another customer heard her and turned around to see. My second visit with the little elderly woman had me wondering, especially when the male tech saw how much she made my toe bleed. He gave her a strange look several times. Now I know that was a look saying "What the HELL are you doing". She accomplished her goal. I had a nail infection that took 3 weeks to heal. Came here to get a quick gel pedicure for graduation / mother's day and Tina took such good care of me! I was seated within 5-10 mins of arriving. She was extremely kind when I asked her to cut down my nails more even though she had already started painting. She also mixed a few colors to get the light yellow I had wanted. The price was very cheap ($40 including soak off!) compared to other salons in the Orlando area for a gel pedi. I highly recommend Tina! read more

The lady who did my nails was just bad. She wasn't careful at all and kept filing into my toes by her electrical filing machine something idk what to call it (I had gel polish on my toe nails). Like she was rush and just wanted to get things done. I don't usually complain when the service is not as good as I expected but this is just BAD. Then I had to ask her to file and cut my nails again and again. Mind you, I had my nails short. So basic and she couldn't get it right they were uneven! And the thing that bothers me the most is that they seem not to autoclave their tools (nippers and cuticle pushers). The most important thing to me when visiting a nail salon is cleanliness. Lee Nails & Spa was very clean. I love that they have hot towels next to their sink as well for after you wash your hands. Today walked in for a simple gel manicure. (Yes, they take walk-ins.) They have hundreds of colors of gel polish to choose from. It's so hard to choose! I went for a beautiful pink glittery color. Giang (I think) did my manicure and she did a great job! She squared my nails like I asked, took her time cleaning up my cuticles and nails, and took her time applying the polish. I have been to places that rush the gel polish and it winds up not lasting as long as it should. She even did a cute little dragonfly design on my fingers to add a little bit of flair. I am in love. The only issue is that it cost me $30 for the gel manicure. I don't mind paying for it (and yes I understand I got a design) but I have just got it done for significantly less elsewhere... I had acrylic with gel polish for a long time before I went back to just gel on my natural nails and a fill-in would cost me about $25. I will return though! read more

I moved from Brevard County to Orange County this past October. So, I went in search of a new nail salon and found one that was a five minute walk from my apartment!! Fantastic right!? Well, in the beginning it went well. However, every time I went in, the price was different. Not drastically, but $3 to $5 different. I always pay in cash and when I finally asked about the prices being different, the manager told me if customers pay cash, they give a $3 discount vs. paying by credit. Well, I said I'd always paid cash and my Pedi's were either $22 or $25, and once I was charged $30!! I was told that I was mistaken and I MUST have paid by credit card. That was the first sign of trouble. I always tried to go when the salon was slow, like Tuesdays around 11am. I never visited on weekends and was usually given decent service and I tipped generously. I decided to go again in mid-April and the salon had two customers. One young teen was getting acrylics, and one older woman was finishing a pedi. I walked in and was ignored. The nail tech looked up from her acrylics and said nothing. I sat down and then the tech said, "Pick out color!" I said, " I brought my own from home." She replied something in Viet, and I realized the customer understood her. So, I sat and waited. And waited. After 20 minutes, I asked if I should come back another time. The tech said, "Oh, you do what you like busy lady." I stood up and said, "No, I won't return and you have a total lack of professionalism." The honeymoon was over.
