My hair stylist Pacie was honest with me about the condition of my hair (normally stylists tell me all my tangles are "normal"). She took time to explain that I actually had dry hair and before even shampooing or cutting my hair was already creating a treatment plan to get my hair back on track including to stop using cheaper shampoos and to start using products that won't dry out my hair. I ended up with new shampoo, conditioner, a leave in treatment, and a heat protectant that smelled so delicious! The cut was exactly what I wanted and they didn't try to add anything extra as far as maintenance needed in my layers or zero perimeter haircut. I was hesitant to even get my haircut as the last person created an awful v at the back of hair that I was so afraid I would have to cut inches in order to correct. Pacie went to work right away to even everything out and even though my hair could've been cut three inches, she only ended up cutting about 1-1 1/2 inches. As someone who lives and breathes by my hair, it was such relief to not have to lose so much in length but to know that what is left is healthy and as she said "we can fix it". The positivity from Pacie made my former PTSD of getting haircuts melt away immediately. I felt confident and happy enough to cry tears of joy as soon as the cut was finished and she even added some small layers to help with the dead ends without losing the length. She also introduced me to the middle part which I have never had before! I am so excited to show everyone I know my hair and can't wait to see the growth and repair from the products I purchased! The level of professionalism and poise this person gave to me the entire time she was cutting my hair ensures that I will definitely be going back the next time I am in need of a hair cut! 10/10 recommend Pacie for any and all of your hair needs!
