I show up for my appointment at 3pm and there is no one there and the office is locked up. I verify with the app and yes, I do have an appointment and shows valid for that time. I call the number for the office and it gets routed to a different office that tells me they have no idea why no one called to re-schedule or cancel the appointment. I travelled from out of state for this visit and it was a complete waste of my time. The other office said they would leave a message for the office manager- I also sent them a message through the app, and it has been 3 weeks and never heard back- maybe they are no longer in business- but to go to an appointment and to see the office completely shut down like that with no advanced notice (and even getting the advanced check-in email) it makes me wonder maybe they went out of business or they need someone new as their business manager.
