After two days, I had a question on how I was peeling and if it was normal. She never responded. I ended up messaging the Instagram acct and asking the questions. The person responding through messenger was nice enough. The lady who applied my peel didn't reach out to me until a week after the appt and only asked how my peeling went then tried to get me to come in for more products/sessions. I paid over $250 for this, the results were okay but it could have really messed up my face if I did it wrong. The least she could have been is responsive or a little more informative. Very disappointing for a place, I usually enjoy visiting.

The place was bigger than I imagined. Apparently the owner was able to do more with this building than the last one she had down the street. It definitely shows. Great art and colors and arrangement of the whole place. I am so very glad I ended up here. The atmosphere was very relaxed and calming and a fun place to be in. On the day I was there there was another nail specialist, and massage therapist and hair stylist. All seemed to enjoy their jobs. This place is also very much into EOE. Which is a plus to see in Johnson County. Also looking at the other customers coming and going it seemed as if everyone enjoyed their treatments here. I was among them. Usually, I only get clear polish, specially my toes because they then to repeal polish and start to peal immediately. However, for my costume I had to get red and white. The girl doing my pedicure was VERY slow. I noticed two pedicures were nearly completed before mine. I told the receptionist and she said she's new and was dismissive about it. If they are going to put a new person on the floor, they need to make sure she is actually ready. If she is still in training, they need to give the client a discount and inform them the pedicure might be longer than normal. It was not the technicians fault, it was the studios fault.
