When I explained my concerns after the service, I was basically told that everything was fine and is as it was and I felt like they thought I was an idiot lol, I mean, I can see that the whole gutter was bent where the tree fell on it... I can see all the scratches on the glass and siding and also speak for themselves... This was not a planned fall. And they just told me that that's how the gutter works... and they see no damage.... lol come on guys... my whole sunroom windows could have shattered due to the fall and it also barely missed my utility lines running to the house. Need to get the roof checked to make sure that no sharp branches poked through any of the shingles. I mean these guys looked me right in the eyes and said that there was no damage and I just laughed and said all good and couldn't wait for them to leave. Again the photos speak for themselves, if that's not a tree hitting a house and causing damage... then I don't know what is... If they would have simply owned up to their mistake, I would not be writing this review. This review is due to being told there was no damage on my house, to my face, like I don't have eyes. Be a professional.... Come on now... The person who subcontracted these guys out to me has already agreed to pay me for the damages.
