I personally know the owners of the company who are kind people, however, I don't know why they have a person like her at the front desk. She lies many times, and isn't helpful in finding a solution. I tried calling, and emailing her, and she never returns a phone call or email. If it isn't a big project to see dollar signs, maybe she might care. As soon as you walk into the place, it's not, clean or organized. She just sits there. Definitely don't waste your time coming to this place.

I did not get her name but super kind!!!! I also needed to get exemption from immunization notarized for my daughter for school ! and Miss Katrina that helped me was so sweet kind and helpful not only with the information but the whole process simple easy for me ! Im proud that I'm in Royse city and instead of moving, I may stay here I could this kind of service and kindness in my life !someone's always there to help me I hope that people from here continue to be this way really fast growing town in these women still made me feel like I was at home in a small town! It's amazing to walk in this place and be greeted like a friend. And to ask questions and get answers. If they can't give an answer you like then they will point you in the right direction to find the answers. USPS doesn't have the time and they DON'T CARE. This place will. Just trust me. I have dealt with the Forney USPS location for over 3 years and it's a total joke. A new building or renovated building won't fix the issues that exist with USPS Forney location. Nothing will.
