They came and gave me an estimate, and then they came to pick up my check for the deposit on Saturday. The owner said they would come to do the work on Tuesday or Wednesday. They never showed up, and I tried to contact the owner four times - once on his cell & three times through his office & he never returned my calls. So I put a stop on the check for the deposit. The following Monday he called me and wanted to know why he wasn't able to cash the check, and I said because he took my check, never gave me a receipt, and wouldn't return my calls. He claimed that he never got my messages and blamed it on the girl in the office. Even though I also left voicemail on his personal cell phone. I have no time to deal with people who don't know how to run a business properly. It only takes a minute to make a phone call to reach out to somebody and let them know the status of the job. If he called and explained that they were delayed and wouldn't be coming on the scheduled day, I would have understood. But to take a check from somebody for $1750 , not give them a receipt,and not return phone calls is very unprofessional.

They were paid $12,594 for services, agreed to details in a signed contract and verbally and then had amnesia what they agreed to and walked off the job. Then proceeded to send blackmail texts: the first was good luck finding anyone to finish for under $10,000, followed by "in order to finish the job they been paid for I'd have to give them $5000 case, $2000 more for scope of work and $3000 for "wasting their time".... Marc is a fast talker and says the right things and then he will run off with your money and leave a mess for you to clean up! Please do the research - BBB claims and he make promised and does not deliver.
