I ordered upgraded metal replacement inlets for both the city water connection and the black tank flush, but the Amazon delivery was delayed and didn't arrive until 5 PM on our third day without water. To make things worse, it started snowing, with temperatures averaging in the 30s. I told Scott we could reschedule so he wouldn't have to work outside in the rain and snow. He insisted on still coming out because he didn't want us going another day without water. He showed up, installed the parts, double-checked the fittings, and gave me a few helpful pointers while he was there. He even offered to waive the service fee, but I insisted he charge the full price because he absolutely deserved it for coming out in those conditions. Techs like Scott are a dying breed: knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and genuinely willing to help. I highly recommend him to anyone in the Denver metro area.
