He came up with every excuse under the stars as to why the motor hadn't shipped. After almost a year I was finally able to catch him at the shop that he had on north Washington street and took my jet ski back to my garage wanting my money returned but he claimed to have to motor. I told him that I wanted the motor and he kept saying that he couldn't just give me the motor because he had to have a core. He claimed to have it in a storage unit somewhere. I never did see my money or the motor but eventually found out that I had a bad starter relay that was fixed for under $200. I have tried for years to get a hold of this pond scum of a business man with no success the one time he answered once he found out it was me he simply hung up. Save your money go to a reputable dealership not this worthless piece of crap that just wants to rip people off.

They had it this year for almost 3 months, finely got it back only to find out it overheated again almost immediately. When we picked it up they did not charge us for labor, Mike said he wanted to keep us as customers. What he should have said is it still was not repaired. I was told that they probably did NOT repair it correctly last year, which I do believe is a good possibility. We have not been boating now for 2 summers, and it still needs to have the problem solved.
