I got this sewer valve fixed, along with adding sensors to the water tanks. It was $611 but unfortunately it all needed done. The day I got it back, my step was not going in to get into the house part of the RV. I was able to swing back by the next day and apparently the little step magnet fell off. Donnie was quick to not only fix that, but also looked at a leak on the outdoor shower, and replaced a knob that was broken. All of this that no charge since I was in there the day before, getting the other repairs done. He even hooked up a diagnostic machine to see if I have a DEF fluid sensor. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were going to have a safe road trip that day. I highly recommend Rocky Mountain RV Repair! Five stars!

I lost about $200.00 in linen and plastic dishes. plus we still need to get the repairs done!!! Horrible customer service! Horrible place DO NOT GO THERE!!!

In brief, do not give Larry any of your money, he is not trustworthy and not a professional…read more To elaborate: my elderly mother has an RV that needed a new hot water heater in the Denver area but I live out of state. I went through the park manager's vendor and they didn't even want to come look at it. So I looked for top rated businesses online and started calling them. Mobile service is not nearly as available as what is available if you can bring your unit to them, so I asked the places I called for recommendations, which is how I was referred to LJS. I only wish I had then looked him up online and found the reviews before I called. Larry is the only worker at LJS, he is the one I dealt with. I agreed to his terms of an upfront nonrefundable non-creditable $100 to go look at the RV and size up at the project needs. When the appointment time came he was two hours late with no notice, and he did not even call me to tell me what he found afterwards. I called him a day later and he said he had to locate the right unit and would let me know in a day. Two days later and no word, so I called him again.... Keep in mind that all this time my mom does not have hot water... At this time he told me that I needed to pay him directly over $700 to order the hot water heater at some warehouse and he would install it the following week. The warehouse would not allow me to pay directly. I smelled something fishy so I told him I would pay extra if he could find a local hardware vendor that would take my payment directly. After that, I literally never heard from him again. I guess he only wanted my money and since he didn't do the actual project I had to start over again with someone else and pay them a duplicate fee. Very unprofessional, very unreliable, and I'm fairly sure I dodged a bullet not trusting him with $700 more of my money. I found a #1 service provider in the area that did the job quickly and didn't take a single cent of my money until the day he completed the repairs.

He knows what he's doing. Found my problem and fixed it. However trying to get follow up work was…read moreimpossible. There was always an excuse. Wouldn't return calls or texts.
