Sorry it's taken me almost a year to write this review, but better late than never. Last August…read moremy boat was caught in a windstorm while tied up with another boat the same size, about 33'. The winds were so strong our stern lines that were being used to tie the two boats together snapped. When this happened, the hullside of our bows started rubbing together, up and down and side to side. My boat sustained deep gouges in the starboard hull side running about 6 linear feet and a foot tall, a portal window frame was demolished and some other damage to the fiberglass was sustained. Les and his crew at Calibre matched the gel coat on my Cobalt perfectly! The boat looks brand new again and the quality is outstanding! Thank you Calibre!

I would have FIXED IT FOR FREEE! It was an easy fix, that I found in 10 minutes! Didn't charge them a penny!......these rip-off thieves need to be reported to the authorities and jailed!.....I don't know the name of the guy that ROYALLY RIPPED THEM OFF, IF I DID I WOULD PLASTER HIS NAME ALL OVER EVERYWHERE! I knew my tanks were in bad shape--the prior owner had left them 2/3rds full over the spring and summer--and I was not at all confident of my ability to get rid of the horrible smell. Kleen Tank to the rescue! Not only did Dusty get my tanks so clean that they all came out clear water (& given their state, that was a miracle in itself), he also educated me on how to maintain my unit in the future. Without his experience & familiarity with units like mine, I never would have realized that I had 2 gray tanks, not one, and that there were two additional gray shut off valves hiding way underneath the unit. Big conglomerate's that specialize in a certain manufacturer might be scary. Our minds tend to…read moreautomatically default to the same sort of experience as working with dealership mechanics. You may worry that you'll be taken advantage of, that they'll take their sweet time getting your vehicle out, and charge 3x what a local shop would charge with the promise of "getting it done right". While Stewart and Stevenson may be the only producer of Allison Transmission parts in all of Denver, make no mistake they have absolutely no intention of abusing this power. When I brought my truck in, I worried that I would need at least new sensors and a new TCM; (VERY PRICEY). The mechanic, one of the coolest I've EVER met, met me outside, plugged his computer into the truck, walked me through everything he saw wrong, and assured me it was just a wire shorting somewhere. The clearly experienced gentlemen was right, go figure. I think we can all agree dealing with electronics is ridiculous and timely. But these folks finished the repair, AND serviced the transmission itself (fluids, filter, magnets, etc.) in ONE SINGLE DAY... FOR LESS THAN $1K. WOOOOW!! All in all, my total turn around was 48 hours. This is VERY important for those of you running businesses with these vehicles. My truck runs seamlessly, I couldn't be any more confident in it. Stewart & Stevenson used to treat customers right and do great work, but not anymore. We brought…read morein a piece of equipment that they have worked on before because we were unable to get it started. My husband and I are not mechanics but we knew it wasn't getting fuel for some reason. We kept reaching out to the service department during the week they had it but could get no one to return our calls. Finally we got a service tech that told us it had simply lost it's prime. Whew! we thought--nothing serious. BUT when we went to pay our bill they charged us $1300 for six hours of work to reprime the machine!! They also never called us with any estimate for the work. We paid in good faith and wrote a letter asking the manager to contact us. She never did. Here's the real kicker--the next day--same thing --it wouldn't start. Being the non mechanics we are, my husband and I filled the fuel lines and discovered there was a hole in one of the lines. We replaced the lines and it started right up. It's been fine ever since. They didn't discover that in 6 hours work?? Really disappointing. Don't trust these folks and don't expect to get what you pay for.

Robert, the owner, promised to have it ready in two weeks. That did not happen. In February, we finally picked it up. When we took it camping, not only did the furnace still not work, but the entire solar/lithium battery system did not work. We took it back to have the problems addressed in April. Robert quoted an amount of $5400 to revamp the system and to install two new awnings. After 18 unanswered phone calls and several visits to the shop, we were finally contacted and told it was ready. When we showed up to retrieve the camper, we were shocked to discover that the new invoice was for a total of over $13,000. None of this was ever presented for our approval. And just now we tried to roll out the awning, and it is broke. Unbelievably terrible experience.
