He is thorough and double checks all his work before he leaves. This past summer, he also cleaned the mold and dark stuff on the roof, and power washed the driveway. It looks like we have a new house! We just had him come back to clean the gutters. After he left, there was no sign he had been there, not even a leaf on the deck. Casey's workers have been professional and hard-working. I would trust Casey inside my house while I'm gone. His prices are extremely reasonable, it's easy to pay (you can even pay online with a credit card), he is accommodating, and easy to work with. We have him come back every summer and fall, and will continue to, as long as we have our house.

I had Grand Roofing give me an estimate to fix a leak on my roof and give the whole roof an…read moreinspection to identify any other things that needed to be fixed. Grand Roofing was the second company that I got an estimate from, the estimate from Grand Roofing was significantly less than the other company due to a lot less "padding" in the estimate from Grand Roofing and a more focused scope of work. For example, estimate # 1 wanted to replace all shingles going up the roof for maybe 15 feet whereas Grand Roofing replaced 3-5 feet where the leak was actually occurring. Another area of "padding" in the other estimate was 4 hours of labor ($553) to fix the other issues with my roof which were addressed by Grand Roofing in under an hour. I went with Grand Roofing: they fixed the leak and were able to address the other roof issues for a much more reasonable estimate. Hopefully I won't need a new roof for another decade but if I do I'm definitely going to be going with Grand Roofing again due to their honest business practices.

Our primary plumber does not do this type of outdoor work with sewer plumbing, however, recommended we call Steve, immediately. We did this, and he showed up quickly. The next morning, the backhoe arrived, with two young gentlemen who did know exactly what they were doing. It was a major job, as the pipe was completely broken deeply under our deck, however, all is working well now, with no problems. They were very careful with our property, and even put the bird feeders back where they belonged upon completion! And, working with the Winter temps that were miserable, I was amazed they did what they did! If you have a horrible issue with a broken sewer pipe, do call Steve!!!

I made an appointment for a quote from Statement Excavating and Steve came out to the house promptly and explained exactly what needed to be done and how much it would be. The quoted price was surprisingly low. Much lower than other quotes I received. We made arrangements for the job to be completed and Steve arrived punctually, completed the job in a professional manner, and gave me clear expectations for the aftermath. I definitely feel as though the job has been completed to the utmost standards and that my issues have been solved. I could not recommend Steve Eubanks and Statement Excavating enough!
