I have been going here for over Two months now. I went there Wednesday,November 26,2025. I paid $58 for a refill. I double back on Thursday,December 4,2025. They charged me $30 for a polish change. Mind you,all I asked for was a,"POLISH CHANGE!" When I asked the re p. how much I owe,and she said,"$30",I wowed very loud,and into frustration!!! She asked, "if I wanted to speak to the manager." I politely responded back,no ma'am,thank you!" Used to come to this place since it was a "Nails 4 you" and watched it become novelty nails. Tommy is my first and foremost favorite and the owner does a good job as well. But on yesterday I decided it would be my very last time coming. My fiancé and I came in for a pedicure and there was a new young lady that I had never saw previously that did his pedicure she seemed very sweet. Until we ordered a lavender and honey pedicure which she told my boyfriend he had a 15 minute massage and set a time to massage his legs. With an additional 10 minute massage with the exfoliator and lotion. NEVER in my how ever many times of going here and getting multiple types of pedicures have had this treatment. I side eyed the whole situation but let it rest because i figured they were doing something new with the pedicures. It gets to my turn and my massage lasted exactly 4 minutes. The lotion was just left on my legs to dry and then wiped off. I feel highly disturbed and uncomfortable with the fact that this young lady took advantage of a simple pedicure. I did not want to publicly address the situation and cause a scene but the young lady noticed a look on my face and stopped confirming she was aware of her actions. I love this place, very sweet people, they do a wonderful job. I myself did not like a 3-4 hour mani-pedi! These people di a great job and they are fast, full staffed and really great! I like to go late! I hate to wait, and every time I have gone it is in and out with a great job done! Very clean!!! Will try and go today, ingrown toenail, killing me, they will help!!! read more

I wasn't very happy with the service here from the time I walked into this place! My nail artist rushed through everystep! I made her go back and actually cut my nails, and get the dead skin off of my feet! No one talks to you or explains what's going on! When the lady was done with my toes she didn't say a word just got up and walked away! Then came back put a pair of green slippers on me, took my shoes n told me to go sit and pointed to the dryer ! Wow is all I'm going to say! I do like my nails but seriously for $40 I could have done the same thing at home for free! I wish I could rate o stars. She said a poor job. She was rushing so much that my nails came out so bad. My other sister went there to get her nails done for her wedding and they didn't even fill in all her nails. It looks so bad. Never again. Took my 8 year old granddaughter here for her first Mani - Pedi. The place was very nice and they took great care of both of us. I was very happy at how gentle the lady was with my granddaughter. This salon is clean, the workers are very friendly and good at their job. We didn't have a reservation we just walked in around 3pm on a Tuesday and we were seen quickly. I think their prices are reasonable. For both of us to have a mani pedi and my nails are gel I paid $72 before tip. read more

i went to get my nails done friday and in the same day my thumb nail broke! so i went back and got it fixed 2 hours later! so the next day FIVE more nails broke so i went back and made them fixed it bc i spent $60 on them!!! before going back i called and told them what happened and that i wanted my money back and they told me i couldn't get my money back!! so as i walk in the lady had the worst attitude and she was rough with my nails just for them to come out ugly!!! they we're so uneven and just looked a mess!!! read more

Came here a couple of weeks ago and the service was good, the place was clean, and the location for me was convenient. The nails were just acceptable but due to convenience of time and location and the service the 1st time, there was no reason not to come back. However, when I came back for a refill the service was horrible. I was there for almost 3 hours. And no, there wasn't anyone else waiting before me. There were two people getting pedicures. While I'm waiting, 5 more people come in. One of the pedicures gets done and the worker takes one of the people who came in AFTER me. Granted, maybe she's only hired to do pedicures... The other worker finally gets started on my nails but in between steps, she goes and waxes THREE customers (that came in AFTER me) while I continue to wait. In the meantime, the other worker is done with the second pedicure that has happened since I arrived and starts on a third pedicure. When my nails finally start to look almost finished, the worker is not happy with the polish and takes me to another table to file the (gel) polish all off and I'm left having to choose a different shade because apparently they have no good white gel polish that will work or look right on my nails. Obviously the nails were too lumpy and every imperfection was showing with the white polish. Because how can you not have any white polish that will look right? At the end of it all five people came in AFTER me and all five people left BEFORE me. And don't forget I was just there for refill! read more
