Just before Christmas, I went into this store looking for a specific brand's product that I checked…read morein Walmart for but couldn't find. When I came in, although I found a product (with a barcode) that I took a picture of by the brand and with the features I was looking for (iHome with Qi-wireless charging), when I went to find the price on or near the package, none existed. Pass onto a few days later - a couple days after Christmas - I went back in -hoping the product would still be there. Only that one box was on the shelf, but the outer box was damaged. I had done the research on the product through websites such as Amazon and Walmart in the meantime, but knew I had to take a chance with finding it offline. The product was in one piece and the box was repairable (but damaged). After bringing it up acknowledging the "worst case price", when they told me it was on sale for $20 off, I was shell-shocked and paid lickety-split. But then they decided that this earned me a $10 Kohl's Cash certificate. (Was that to make up for the damaged box issue and the aggravation that would be caused by it?) They told me it was good starting in January (and I never did go back to retrieve something with it), and because I'm boycotting the paper bags, I asked for my receipt and out the door, I went - product in hand - happy I got what I was looking for - on a whim.

After 15 minutes of trying to clear up connection issues, I'm told I should go to the website for information about adjusting my order. I very frustrating. The live person I spoke with told me changes can only be made 15 minutes after placing an online order. But when my order arrives, I can go to my nearest Kohl's and do an exchange or return for a fee. Just an aside ...I received a $100 gift card from my Medicare Advantage provider for Kohl's. Should have taken the Home Depot. They have their s**t together.

There's a stylist onsite Friday and Saturday in case you need help crafting the perfect outfit for something specific, but any day you are going to find high quality clothing that fits a variety of body shapes and sizes. Because the designers are not massive scale productions I can occasionally find myself fitting into an XS and sometimes a L. I'm 5'7" and normally wear a M. Basically it is in part about your personal style and the fit you are seeking. I love that the color scheme is mainly in the black, grey, cream, white category with a little color splashed throughout. No Sugar is about not being about all the pop cultures splashes and instead brings classy (often European) designers that you can't find in many stores to the Village of Rhinebeck. I've seen teens and mature women shopping in the same place with no one coming out looking too young or too old. From linen staples, to cozy cashmere winter wear, to silk loveliness I prefer this boutique.
