Unfortunately, I didn't get any pictures on my visit. I'll have to go back and get some! The staff was friendly and helpful. My hubby and I had fun exploring everything and walked away with some wonderful planters for our house plants. I highly recommend this store and would suggest going here first before the big box stores to find items that are quality and budget friendly.

Consequently, I did not return for three years. I randomly received an advertisement on my phone, and an item caught my eye, I looked and saw several items that I wanted. Realized the ad was for an At Home store and decided to give it another try. This happens to be in November, and they have their Christmas items out. WOW!!!!! I was absolutely amazed at the selection, the different colors available, the way they had exquisite displays, with the items that were used in the displays, right there in the same area to purchase. If I would not have gone back, I would have thought what some of the other reviewers posted. I would have continued to believe it was a waste of my time. Nope. Not at all. They likely need more attractive displays during non holiday seasons. In my case, not really much going on in mid-January so I had not been enticed to look around. I went in looking for pillows and canisters. Came out with pillows and a grudge I carried for three years. So, let me just encourage you to give them a FAIR chance, which I did not do. Also, sign up for their discount program! It is free, it saves you money, and they have some REALLY EPIC SALES!!!! No, I was not paid or given any products to write this review. I am a human in the state of Ohio! . Lastly, the staff at the Erie, Pa store and the Mentor, Ohio store were just as friendly, kind, and helpful as could be. I will say that, since the store IS so large, it is not always easy to find someone to help you. But, when you do, they have been nothing but outstanding to me. I make an effort to be especially kind to retail workers. It is not a fun job, and I am sure they get their fair share of not so delightful confrontations.

He gets the felt from overseas it's made in India gets it very cheap and then jacks the price. You want molded boxes of resisto or ice and water theirs plenty of that there. The place is very disorganized to like serious lack of communication. Also he can't keep work and home life separated has issues in his marriage was sleeping with his secretary and got caught by his wife at work in the truck so what's that tell ya about how he treats his female employees! This dude has no respect for other people. Told me I was a safety risk and fired me while he was in Texas at a business convention was not even mad enough to fire me in person and his reason for firing me was a crop of shit. I found out after the fact he fired me beocuse I stood up for myself and did not take his verbal abuse and getting in my face he got mad Becouse he could not get away with the way he treated me like he treated other employees. I busted my ass when I worked their made sure job orders were build and stayed late sometimes to make sure materials were sent out on semis on time for customers! He makes himself look good but on the inside he treats his employees like they are unvalued team members!

I was looking online for vinyl plank flooring that matched our current baseboards and wood trim and for someone to install it. We had two hallways, a bathroom floor, and three small closets to do. LL Flooring was the only place I found with a local store that had what we wanted. I ordered a free estimate on Feb 5th. The estimate got scheduled for Feb. 7th and I received a quote on Feb. 8th. We accepted the quote and paid for the materials and installation. The flooring was delivered on Mar. 3rd and then installed on March 17th. Communication from LL flooring and the Mentor store and the installers was excellent. Everyone was polite and professional. read more

I recently had new flooring installed in my basement. This is my 3rd time working with LL and the second time I've worked with the Mentor location specifically. I could not be more pleased with my most recent experience. The in-store staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Scheduling was a breeze. I want to highlight the installers though. Zack and Ty (Tyreek) were wonderful to work with. They were incredibly efficient and worked with a sense of urgency, but were still very personable. I've gotten my entire house done by LL. Chuck, Craig and Craig have decades of professional flooring experience among them and are true craftsmen. We love that now the flooring flows so seamlessly from room to room and really opens up our entire first floor. They were able to complete the project ahead of time and did a professional concrete job. This included excavating the existing stone out of the driveway, setting forms, pouring a "dry" mix of concrete 5" to 6" deep, using wire reinforcement, adding a broom finish and sealing all concrete with a sealer. The workers were personable, polite, hard working and showed professionalism while at our job. I would recommend Fiucci Builds for their workmanship, competitive pricing and professional.
