So I'm new to the lash world. The artist is great. Each time she does work on me, I see improvement. I've been here three times now. The 1st time was to fill over another's work, the 2nd was a full set, and the 3rd time was a full set after 3 weeks. She completed a full set in 35 min, squeezed me in on extreme short notice, my ass was late, and still hooked it up. The artist does have a kiddo. That makes me comfortable because I have one too. It's $140 for a full set and I continue to be asked where do I go. I come here! I let her know that the cluster-lashes keep failing out. She didn't use them this time. So a few red flags and this is an honest opinion as someone who's been getting lashes done for years, this was one of the worst experiences. 1. Owner said she uses a little bit of glue for eyelashes so they wouldn't last and I need to come every two weeks for a fill. That already tells me these lashes will not last long and can fall off easily. 2. She did my lashes so quickly within the hour, I knew they weren't done the way I asked because I had asked for the mega volume and it should take a lot longer with a lot more of volume and definition and not worth the 190$ cost. 3. She had me open my eyes as she was adjusting one side and the glue got in my eye so I wasn't able to see out of my left eye for about an hour. As I was paying my eye was running tears and so in pain I could hardly focus. It was so blurry even driving home was a challenge with that eye. 4. She tried to sell me and pressure me into a membership which I declined because I didn't like my eyelash experience. She mentioned refills without the membership is 90$ but on their website they have it marked as 80$ so I knew she was lying to sell me. 5. She stopped doing my lashes to do another person's eyebrow in the middle of our session. To me that is not professional at all. 6. She didn't have deodorant on and her armpits smelled bad and I'm having to smell this as I'm getting my eyes done. She started cutting my brows without listening, proceeded to then thread my brows. The worst part of it all was she then tinted my brows black. Literally looked like a clown leaving. obviously this is a common issue but I went for a lash fill and was automatically told she is doing a full set, I laid down while her children were in the back room screaming the entire time then she automatically started putting lashes on my eye lid and water line. she then proceeded to say she is done within 30 minutes. within that 30 minutes she had opened my eyes about 15 times and had gotten glue in my eyes many times. When I emailed and complained she called me stating she has worked for 16 years and she didn't do anything wrong she insisted that I came back to have her fix them and when I refused she said she would refund me and never did. I needed an emergency fill on my lashes, note that I do not usually come to this "spa", I don't ever go to these side lash shops but my lash lady was booked out for the next week and I needed a quick fill. I scheduled an appointment online at 4:15 Pm, got there at 4:00pm I noticed another girl waiting for her lashes to get filled. I told her I had an appointment at 4:15 that I made online. The owner says "no you don't can you wait till 4:30" I said sure.. She took the other girl in for her fill, it only took her less than 30 min to get a fill!! I am not use to that what so ever. My lash ladies always took 1.5-2 hrs on my fills.. i noticed the lady did not use sterile instruments, nothing was packaged. My turn came, another lady started doing my right eye and it seemed like she did not know wtf she was doing. She was tugging/pulling my eyelid. Picking/pulling at my eyelashes. Then the other lady finished my fill. She did not use tweezers to isolate each real lash.. all they do is tug and pull on your eyelid to look for real lashes! They are very rough.. that night I came home about 10-15 of the extensions came off. Mostly on my right eye.. I came in the next day to get it fixed, took her only 10 min again. And it is horrible, lash lengths are uneven. Some of the extensions are glued right on my waterline!!!! Never coming back , they rush fills/full sets, and it honestly seems like they don't know how to apply extensions. Never get lashes done here!!! On 12/10 I had a lash removal and it was super painful. Then I had a new set done and that was painful also. I shouldn't have let them finish and just left but I had hope. They applied so much glue that my eyes were burning when I paid. I got in my car to go home and the burning got so bad I was crying. This place is all about $$$$$$$$$$$$ All they do is try to get new clients to buy their ridiculous memberships. I mean, how do you expect people to buy your memberships when your service sucks. I understand it's a busy place but when they did my eyebrows the lady there only took a couple of minutes to thread my eyebrows. Didn't check if any hair around my eyebrows needed to be plucked out. Good lord, honestly one of the scariest experiences I've ever had getting my lashes permed. I'm mildly positive that the bed I had to lay on first of all wasn't clean. And EEEEKKKK, when she was doing my lashes my eyes started to burn immediately, so I told her and she said it was "normal"! I've gotten my lashes permed before, that's not normal! After she was finished, she said it would take 25 minutes, turned the lights off in the room and told me to sleep! There was no music, but the sweet sound of her baby crying and her and her friend talking in the lobby. I was stressed out the whole time trying to get Siri to work so I could call a friend to vent. After 25 minutes, she came back and put more stuff on my eyes with her friend. They were talking in their language and making noises I assumed to be negative. YIKES! After she was done, she told me 25 MORE MINUTES! Oh my goodness, the 10 times I've done this before it's only taken 30 minutes top and I got an arm massage while waiting since this whole ordeal is quite spendy. I thought whatever, it was probably because I had a lot of shedding in between appointments and plus I had a volume fill instead of classic. I couldn't really tell how her work was since I was just getting a fill.. Her prices are actually much cheaper than most places and I had to conserve money since I was going on a trip to Vegas. But you get what you pay for I guess. She's very rough!! She tugs and pulls so hard she's made my eyes water every single time. The appointments always felt rushed as there's little kids running around crying, playing and other clients walking in that she tends to in the middle of her doing my lashes...very unprofessional!! My eyes felt like they were burning, probably from the glue she uses. She doesn't talk about after care or even gives you a mirror to look at your lashes when she's done. She just gets up and walks away and says ok. I will never come back here again!!! Getting your lashes done is supposed to be a relaxing experience. It's the complete opposite here. The picture is when I got a "volume" full set... as you can see it's far from looking full. The lashes did not look the same on either side and some were twisting and drooping. To preface, I have been here before and my lashes turned out fine. This time my friend and me both had TERRIBLE experiences. For started she charges us each $20 extra because of "fullness" (even though we didn't ask for that). The eyelashes hurt so bad. Our eyes were red and it hurt to blink. We had to go back in to get them removed and they refused. So, we went to two different licensed aestheticians who both said that the lashes were done improperly and unprofessionally. all of our eyelashes were glued together and I got an EYELID infection from these extensions. My eye was extremely swollen and painful for 2 weeks. When I told the lady she started yelling at me and said I was lying. We were only given a half refund and harassed when we went back in. I will never be trusting these ladies with my eyes again and I highly recommend that nobody every goes here for lashes. I have never encountered such an unprofessional business. Workers wearing no masks and kids around the store roaming. 0/10. Do not go here. I have lost most of my eyelashes and had to go to the doctor because of THESE lashes. 10/10 DOESN'T RECOMMEND. I had lash extensions put on here $90 for a full set (even though I should have only been charged a fill $40). After having the service I have a hard time believing their staff is licensed at all. -The glue was white on the lashes. -They don't actually put the lashes on your natural lash like you're supposed to, they glue it to your eyelid. -They open your eyes several times throughout the procedure to put the lashes under your eyes. Lash application is supposed to be done with CLOSED eyes due to fumes from the glue (also, if they're being put on your lashes there should be NO reason to open a clients eyes). - A full set should take a MINIMUM of 90 minutes, my full set took 26 minutes. - The lashes were HARD and heavy on the eyes. I lost over 40% of my natural lashes when having them removed due to the mass amount of glue and poor application, and I only had them on for 24 hours.... Long story short, I had to have my lashes removed the following day and had to visit the doctor because both eyes got infected. Not only were they infected from the lash application but it's likely that their tools were not cleaned properly. They were quick to refund me however when I mentioned the poor service and showed pics of my eyes. Would never go back, and I don't recommend anyone to get lashes done there. read more

First of individual classic lashes lasted a week, i was told a fill is 50$, i Scheduled my appt got a fill went to pay she charged me 60$ stating i had too many missing. My response " i didn't do them you did" whatever i paid. Those lasted 5 days and they all fell out. I needed a quick appt and sarb is quick, got my lashes done 5/8 and it's 5/13 and one eye is completely gone. 3 times every time I've been disappointed about how long they last. Lashes here is a no no... came here and walked out with burning eyes because of the glue and I couldn't really see. The glue was harsh and I kept feeling like my eyelids were swollen and I was in pain for a week. I had to go to my lash lady in Seattle to get them off and she ended up telling me that the lady who did this did it all wrong because she literally glued some of the extensions to my eyelids which you're not suppose to do that. Instead she immediately started plucking my eyelashes off. I asked her if she was pulling off my real lashes and she said no. ZERO STARS!!.. STAY AWAY! I have been going here for over a year and in the beginning, all was well until the owner got pregnant and hired help. I was forced to pay for 2 full sets in matter of 2 months because they we're done WRONG and kept clumping up and sticking together causing MAJOR damage to my real eye lashes. I came in on 1/6/19 and got a full set (after I had gotten one in November), returned on 1/21/19 for a fill. I returned for the final time on 02/08 and was told that I needed to get a new set because too many were gone. I explained to the lady that I had just gotten a FULL SET less than 2 months before and I had been in religiously for my refills (not to mention they were falling out at a rapid speed and by the multiples). She told me that too many we're gone and that I must be doing something to make them come off. She called the owner and they were on the phone almost the entire time she was doing my eyelashes (obviously talking about me) and then she told me that she would charge me for just a fill but, the next time I would need to get a full set. (I agreed only because I had made up my mind that I wouldn't be giving then any more business. The following day, I lost about 12 eyelashes AT THE SAME TIME and went back in and told her. She told me it had been over a week *in reality it was 2 days. After she made the fix, reluctantly she told me that I need to pay $10. I wasn't willing to argue with her so, I paid it and told her that I planned to write a review and let everyone about my experience and would never be back. The lashes are too thick and heavy causing my lashes to fall out. I paid for SINGLE eyelash extensions and she was putting 3-6 false lashes on one single lash. This was a horrific waxing experience. I called to schedule an appointment. I came on time and they asked me to come back in an hour. I came back around 45 minutes later and they asked me to wait another hour because another customer "got there before me". I was frustrated at this point and decided to wait inside, only because I was desperate. THIS IS WHERE IT GETS REALLY BAD.... They had me go into a private room for a Brazilian wax. While fully undressed and waiting for my wax, the lady opens the door, then proceeds waxing. I asked her to close the door because I was uncomfortable, but she said she needed to keep the door open in case customers walk in. I have been here twice and both times were terrible experiences. Do not waste your money. I got a full hybrid set and the appointment lasted just over an hour and I walked away mostly happy except for my eyes burning. The whole appointment I could hear kids in the background, which I had no problem with until one put a toy in my face while sharp tweezers were in my eyelashes. The lash artist then left me with burning eyes while she took another child to the bathroom. My eyes burned and itched for nearly a week after. I went in for a free fix about 5 days later since all my eyelashes came off on one eye. During this visit I was given a fan that died immediately after she left the room. Was left for 10-15 minutes and when she finally came back, she decided to fan me with paper instead. The lashes were never even once in this process and one side drooped into my eye on the outer corner. I commented on how the glue made my eyes burn and she said she uses only "high quality " glue. My eyes still burn when wet and I only have a few lashes left. I have also had my lashes done about 2 years ago and never experienced any of these problems. At the start of this experience it was painful to even touch my eyelashes so of course I got extreme dandruff, redness and dryness all around my eyes. And as they have fallen out I have noticed up to 5 natural lashes clumped at a time. Please find a better place to go. Not worth the painful experience you will have here. read more
