While some artists slap on lashes in an hour, Jenny is meticulous. She took her time to place a mixture of single and fan lashes evenly between both eyes. Her work is also seamless. Before coming here, I would go to my usual Renton salon once a month, and I always experienced so much pain. Not going to lie, a small tear would usually escape because of how painful it was. But this place was completely different! The whole process probably took about five minutes. She asked if I wanted my brows thinner, but I decided to keep them a little thicker than I usually do because over time at my previous salon, my brows had become thinner. I had been growing them out so I could start fresh. I looked at my brows afterward and was so pleased with the outcome! She explained that since my brows are still in the growing out phase, when I come back next time, she'll be able to make the arch even softer and less prominent. I can't tell you how much this means especially as someone who puts a high value on customer service. She's great! Kisha agreed to see me at 7 am, which isn't typical of a lash artist. It made me really happy because I could see her before I went about my day. Super convenient. While she's still new so she's putting her shop together, it was really easy to find, big, and spacious.
