He charged me a separate amount for the pen, engraving the pen, the case, and engraving the case. In addition, I was also charge for expedite fee, which I am okay with. Overall, I spent over $70 for a stainless steel pen. I didn't expect to be charged for a pen case if I am buying the pen. I mean what so called fancy pen comes without a case. I do appreciate his time to work on my item, but I think the price was ridiculous for the item. I just wished he made his prices known up front because I would have went some place else. I also blame myself for not asking about prices before having him work on my item. I do however appreciate his time and the engraving is nice. I recommend asking for price before proceeding with his service.

This propane company will charge you a minimum of $320 plus your time off from work. For me this is $820. They will not give you an estimated time of deliver. After speaking with multiple 4-T representatives I've come away with the thought that their pockets are lined with money and that they don't care about their customers. In fact, just a few minutes ago I was told by one of their reps that they would come to my home and take their propane tank. WOW! The gall to threaten a customer. I do NOT recommend 4-T propane. First they didn't order the part for two whole weeks, and when they did they messed up the shipping. They stated the part was sent to their sister store in Louisiana, and it was going to be another week for the part to arrive here. This was about the middle of May. Two weeks ago they called to say it was ready, and I paid $100. After picking it up I charged it up, and turned it on only to find out the touch screen still doesn't work. Obviously they do not test their work to make sure it's actually done. So I brought it back to them, and they said the part they got in is bad, and they're sending for a new one. As of today I am still pending their call to say it's actually fixed. I spoke with the business directly next to them which is a comic book store, and they have had similar experiences like mine trying to fix broken X-Box consoles. parts being sent to the wrong store, and one console came back with half the parts missing entirely. Avoid this business at all costs, once I get my tablet back finally I'll go to Austin for any repair work. The drive may suck, and I might pay double what this place charges but at least I'll get a working product that doesn't take 3 months in the repair shop to achieve. I'll edit more into this review when I finally do get my tablet back, and if it's not working the next time they call me I'll be taking this business to court.

We called Ja-Mar roofing to give us an estimate for roof repair after the July 4th-5th flooding…read morewhere we received 21 inches of rain in the Bertram, Texas area. Chuck Dearborn was quick to respond and address the issues we were dealing with when our roof leaked into our master bedroom closet, library, and front door entry way. As busy as this company was dealing with large roofing jobs from the storms, Chuck managed to find skilled help to repair our roof and mortar cracks under our windows. His team showed up and got the job done. We did have some confusion, on the roofing repair, with one of the sub-contractors and payment. However, Chuck made sure everything was done right and followed up on all the repairs. He checked frequently to make sure our roof was not leaking after the repairs. He also put us in touch with a cabinet maker that helped us get our doors refinished as they were damaged from water coming through the door frame. I can't thank Ja-Mar roofing and Chuck enough for helping us and their community out during an historic flood event that left many families devastated. We do recommend this company.
